The hotel was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. However our tv screen was fractured about 5 inches and was noticeable when it was on. The front desk seemed to know about it. Also there were spots of spackle that hadn’t been painted over in the bathroom.

Room was nice, clean. Staff were pleasant. Beds were uncomfortable. People in room upstairs and across hall were loud. Breakfast could have a bit more choices. Location was good for places I needed to go.

Color scheme upon entering lobby was a eye pleasing standout, friendly staff, square footage of room was well planned out. Nice and large. Lighting in bathroom was bright not dreary and shadowy.

We enjoyed our stay. The elevator was broken, and we were not informed until after we checked in. If we had a disability, it would have been really hard to manage our luggage and the stairs. We saw older people really struggling on the stairs. The Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of options.

Most of the staff I interacted with were pleasant, however upon check-in, the front desk staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and seemed that I, the customer, interrupted their day - and as much told me so with the very few words they spoke. No hello, no thank-you, nothing but curt instructions. The room was nice and clean.
