Employees didn’t seem to know any information except to check you in. Couldn’t help with my problems with checking in. No bathroom close to entrance when checking in. Make sure to bring earplugs if you want to go to the water park or pool!!!!! Room was ok except for a VERY short shower curtain. Breakfast was very poorly staffed and not enough employees to keep up with putting it out. Gets 2 stars out of 5 🙁

The room looked great but ... there were 3 (pubic) hairs on the toilet seat and 2 long, dark hairs in the shower. No toilet brush, and the A/C was very loud, extra-dirty and when turned on - filled the room with a smell of burned garbage. The breakfast was ok - better than in many other places. However, the first morning, the eggs had an awful sour taste. On Sunday morning, the area was crowded and SOOO dirty - tables were sticky, food was on the floor, and no seats available for 2 people. People were having breakfast in their sweaty and smelly pajamas, some were watching loud videos on their phones - this, however, is not the hotel's fault. But maybe, just maybe, you can set some ground rules in place, other than just 'shirt and shoes' which, c'mon, is just common sense.

The overall experience we had was the same as it always is. It’s a place to stay that has the only waterpark in the area. If you wanna call it that. the waterpark itself is very rundown. The Staff seem to hate their jobs. The room was clean nothing to complain there. The breakfast is average. The only bright side of the whole place is there’s a casino across the street.

Breakfast had a nice selection. However food definitely did not temp to what hot served food should be. I would rather have the $50.00 that is added on to the quoted rate for the resort fee( something we don’t use water park etc) spent on the maintenance of the room we do use. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work so steamed mirror for getting ready. Only mirror in the room.When I turned the cold water on at the sink water came out the hot handle. When I turned the Hot water on water poured out the handle, Walls around the tub module need professional repair. Felt like we were using a cheap motel. I guess $200 a night seems overpriced for the room. The bed was comfortable.
