We arrived around 11:00 at night. Driving into the parking lot, this location looked like it was abandoned. Weeds and brush overgrowth everywhere and no signage to indicate that this was the hotel we had booked. Check in was ok. We were assigned a room at the back of the hotel. More red flags surfaced when the outside doors were not secured...there was a swipe mechanism but it was broken. Upon entering the hallway, we were greeted with a strong urine smell. The floors were in disrepair. Garbage and blankets were piled in the hallways as well.
We found our room and it was uninviting. Stains on bedding, lighting was poor, and the room smelled like smoke and mildew. These impressions left us to turn around, go back to our car, and go down the road to the Holiday Inn. Travellers beware: the pictures on this hotel's page on Expedia are not what the hotel is. Overall recommendation - DO NOT stay here.
Expedia - I cannot believe you would even have this hotel on your site as an option for travellers. You need to do better as well.
Lobby and Rooms were not that clean. Had to request sheets for our bed bacause the ones on it had stains and didn't look clean at all. Room was not that clean.
Property was NOTHING like photos & description. Run down, homeless living in doorways, smells l8ke death & urine

The property is being rebuilt as a very nice motel. The room was fantastic. I felt safe sleeping there. I wish the outside had more lighting to make it easier to find from the street
Memorial weekend everything was either sold out or way more expensive so I wound up here. The property is in very bad shape, it looks like a war zone inside and out. Check in lady was mean, nasty, rude & quick to temper. If you pay for your room by card, there is an additional fee added on. I mentioned they should disclose that fee online so people could bring enough cash with them to pay for the room, I don’t carry a lot of cash on me. She yelled at me and was very confrontational. Hallways smell bad, ceiling tiles missing overhead exposing open attic space (very creepy), carpet wrinkled and water damaged. Room was VERY unclean, bathroom was disgusting, the tub water ran all night & wouldn't turn off. I would have left if I could have found somewhere else to go, but it was late, and limited by a drive clock. The worst part was the door was open to my room so I had to do a full sweep before going in. It also had 2 other doors, one to the outside, and one to the joining room. Very scary place. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable.

The picture on the app looks nothing like the hotel. It looks run down and abandoned from the outside. Room was remodeled and in decent shape. However the lady at the front desk was completely rude and unprofessional.

The room was nice and clean slept well had a new TV in it but the grounds around the area were not kept up at all. Possibly the motel went through hard times during covid it's a very big motel so I don't know if they couldn't get the help but the pool isn't usable and the none of the grounds are kept up
This location should be shutdown. It is a pig sty. Hard to find but wish I hadn’t found it Employees were poorly dressed and one was barefoot as well when he directed us to our room. PLEASE CLOSE THIS PLACE UP
The room was not properly cleaned ( hairs on pillows, nail clippings on floor and blankets, stained towels, broken desk chair, several floor tiles lifted, no cover on outlets, sticky substance on night stand) The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and unknown odors. Outside does not look like posted image
The check in person was nice. That was the one positive.
That was it. The place is falling apart. The "swipe to enter" outside door entry was gone -- so anyone could walk in a back door at any time. The hallway floors were buckling -- DANGEROUS trip hazard! The window blinds do not meet in the middle, (and with no curtains) meaning any peeping tom could look into my first-floor room. And the smell -- part rot, part mold, all gross. Stay far away from this place.

The outside could be fixed up a little. The room was nice and clean. No food was available as the restaurant was closed. The staff was very nice and friendly.
