The rooms were very clean but the hotel needed some serious updating. The bathroom with accommodations shower left a pond of water on the bathroom floor due to it not being pitched right to drain

Power went out when we first got there so check in was difficult and had to wait a bit, I ordered a room with a hot tub and paid more for it but wasn’t able to use it due to being out of service, I was told I could get a partial refund bc of it but had to go through Expedia to do it. Still haven’t gotten anything back. Place wasn’t that clean. Hair in the bed and smears on the walls not impressed. Won’t book again

The power went out during my stay. Not the hotel's fault, seemed to be the surrounding areas. It was disappointing that the pool broke down though.

I chose this hotel due to the amenities, however when arriving the pool was out of order, there was no hot tub. Getting to our room… wall paper coming off the wall, outlets didn’t work in the bathroom, and there was an alarm going off at 9:30 at night. I’m not usually picky at all but I paid almost $250 for one night!!!

We were traveling and was looking for a room with a jaccuzzi or atleast a jaccuzzi by the pool. We traveled 45 minutes out of our way to book our room at the Hampton. We also paid a premium price. When we arrived the pool was closed and there never was a Jacuzzi. We were offered to swim at the hotel across the street, but felt a little weird about it. I could have stayed down the street for half the price. Ill also be asking fir a partial refund before i leave.

Very outdated, in poor repair. Wallpaper in room was peeling and handicapped accessible shower was cracked and unsightly. Definitely not the best value for our dollar and will look elsewhere next time we need to book in this area.

So much of this property is in disrepair. It looks as though there’s been zero investment. There are white paper signs everywhere to tell you that the pool doesn’t work that the carpet is uneven and other things our room had a decidedly funky smell to hit. The carpet was torn up in several places in the room. If you look up at any corner, in the lobby, where the dining area were in the guest room, you’ll find damage. I would just recommend staying anywhere other than here.

Very Clean Hotel

Overall, a good stay. Only one night. Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff were nice. Housekeeping was great. Only concerns were the elevator seemed on the verge of breaking down and there is a crack in the floor of the length of the hallway on the first floor.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. There were soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower which was fine. However the conditioner needed refilling so check levels before getting in the shower.

The main Hampton Inn reservation number was very rude. Quoted one price and when I decided on the room and called back, representative on main reservation number increased the price from $160 to $220. Booked thru Expedia. Property was okay and a little worn. Always enjoyed their breakfast but it was just okay not the selection / variety of choices as I recall. Didn’t like having to use plastic silverware! Staff friendly and helpful at Hampton Inn.

Stayed here Penn State graduation weekend and it was perfect. Clean, quiet, easy to get to and pet friendly. I highly recommend for graduation weekend. It's about a 45 min ride but well worth it to spend normal hotel prices.

Wonderful

The gentleman who checked me in very very courteous and prompt with the check in process. It took less than 5 minutes! Room was exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and well stocked with towels. Very spacious room. The pillows were extremely comfortable! I slept so good!!! Will be returning here again!!
