Downtown Wilmington accommodation with pool

I loved my stay the moment I stepped in it was toasty and the aroma was so inviting. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well decorated. This is my first time staying in Sonesta so I will stay here everytime I come to Philadelphia. The location was perfect and close to Wawa. The Only problem I had with my stay is not having Free Breakfast. If I would have noticed it before booking I probably would have missed out on such a great hotel. Due to all of other cost from the plane tickets,car rental, and my stay, I didn't want to pay for breakfast for something I believe should come with your stay.

Staff is always amazingly helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable as always. Never disappointed in staying here.

The airport shuttle and Larry was excellent .always cheerful and ready to take me to the airport especiallyvat 3 am .He even took us early one time

All Staff was SOOOO Very Nice and Sweet, they gave us a clean room they changed our Towels and Sheets. we heard no Noise from Others Next Door, we venture out and swim and hit the weight room twice, and went to a couple of area restaurants in the radius area which was Yummy and thanks and we will be back and tell friends Too.

The Check in Mgr when we arrived was amazing. We had a couple glitches but he was very accommodating and made everything work. Hats off to great customer service.
