Downtown Wilmington accommodation with pool

I want to start by saying yesterday was a crazy day due to a storm. The airport cancelled a bunch of flights and the surrounding areas lost power. So they were the ONLY hotel left in the area. positives: the mattresses are in encasements and the room had a lot of available lights. Negatives: room had mold and water damage, toilet kept running, tub didn’t drain. I wish I would have taken pictures but was in such a rush to leave that we were out of the hotel by 8/830.

Nice hotel convenient to airport with free airport shuttle every half-hour. Staff were wonderful -- very friendly and upbeat!

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Airport shuttle was available. When I got to my room the curtains were closed over the window. It was not until the next morning that I realized there was a sliding glass door that actually had been open all night. When the room was cleaned the doors should have been closed and locked.

The breakfast was awesome

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and relaxing. That was my first time staying at a hotel by myself and I will do it again. The car is very clean and I would recommend people staying there.
