This hotel make you pay $12 to park your vehicle while you are staying there. In all my years of traveling I have never had to pay to park my vehicle at a hotel I paid to stay in.

Close to airport but not happy

I accidentally booked the wrong location. The agent at the hotel was very rude. She was short and snippy with her responses. Hotels.com was going to allow me to change locations, to another Fairfield inn, but the HOTEL would not. She seemed To take pleasure in the fact that she could not help. The hotel itself was nice convenient to airport but there was a drag racer out side for a good hour racing up and around hotel after 11pm. It just added to my disappointment.

Decent stay, great location.

This hotel located minutes from the international airport. We like to use this hotel because you can pay to leave your car in the parking lot until your return. They charge a minimal fee which is a very reasonable. There is no shuttle service available, but taxi ride fairly priced. Do not expect the Ritz, this is a basic hotel. The beds and bathrooms are clean, but the rooms are on the shabby side.

Perfect place for what we needed: easy access from airport, easy parking, clean, quiet and comfortable, restaurant walking distance across the street, average morning breakfast. We even used the excellent gym before heading out to Philadelphia. Don’t expect much character, but it was just what we needed for our arrival day before heading out for the rest of our trip. I requested a room with no smoking. I arrived late at the hotel as I had a late flight into Philadelphia. As I got to my room I started noticing how smoky it smelled. I was too tired to call the lobby and went to sleep. Called first thing in the morning and told them and they stated the whole hotel is non smoking. Well that obviously wasn’t the case so they switched my room out right away. The rooms are nice and kept very clean.
