I rarely post negative reviews, but my recent stay was unacceptable. The property was in poor condition from the moment we arrived: the lobby and stairwells were visibly dirty, and there were flies throughout common areas. The room looked and felt as if it hadn’t been serviced after the prior guest—dust on surfaces, debris on the floor, and a bathroom that clearly needed attention. Noise from neighboring rooms carried through the walls, making rest difficult.
We were unable to spend the night so we left the property for another property. Taken together—unclean facilities, inadequate housekeeping, and pervasive noise—this did not meet basic hotel standards. We checked out feeling let down and concerned about hygiene. Until the owners complete a thorough deep clean, enforce daily room servicing, and address noise control, we cannot recommend this property.
