The place was very clean and up to date. Appreciated the security with elevators to make it harder for anyone off the street to go up to the rooms without a card. Bfast was also good. Front desk will keep in touch with you during your stay to see how things are via text, no other hotel I stayed at did that so I liked this difference. Unfortunately since I was used to housekeeping checking if I need supplies or cleaning done, I was a lil disappointed that this wasn’t done during my stay. I was told this service doesn’t happen automatically on weekends when I inquired. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall still a very nice hotel and the best I stayed at. Will return! 😊

The stay was perfect for a quick trip 2-night stay in and out. When we needed towels we texted them and housekeeping was there in 5 minutes. When I needed a Togo plate because our Uber was coming quicker than we thought - a staff member went out of his way to find one (he didn’t have to do that but did). Thank you for great customer service and we will be back!

Great choice

Exceptional! The room was huge, fit my family of 5 easily, and everything was clean. Service was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was a very nice touch. They have a small gym and laundry facility on the penthouse floor which I ended up needing.
