Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and the people were extremely friendly. Although, breakfast buffet needed improvement the kitchen staff kept everything very clean. They were extremely polite, kind, and helpful. HIGH FIVE!!

the staff was wonderful. The hotel is really clean and has lots of amenities, plus it smells great! if I had one critique it would be that the shower didn't have much pressure. Othewise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is an example of spaces well designed. The architecture speaks to you. Spaces are beautiful, feel calm and purposeful. We felt safe, hotel was clean and comfortable, and staff was professional.

The room and facilities were excellent and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is the lack of adequate or free parking for customers. When we booked it was not clear that we had to pay additional charges for parking off the street or use metered street parking. With a pet and luggage to carry back to the room it was a bit inconvenient on a bitter cold night. I would have picked a different location of Staybridge if we had known the restrictions at this location.
