I travel to Philadelphia often and have stayed at several hotels near the airport. My stay at Sonesta Select PHL has been the best thus far. The room was comfortable and well-equipped and location is convenient. But where this hotel stands out is the front desk staff and shuttle drivers. They were friendly, efficient, accomodating and just great. I will definitely return. The only thing that could improve was the coffee station in the lobby. An option of decaf and tea would be a welcome addition.

I really liked the hotel and the decor. The bed was very comfortable. I was worried about the airport noise, but we did not hear it. My only negative was that the gym equipment was in desperate need of repair. Several pieces were broken. And we always pick hotels that have gyms as that is a part of our lifestyle.

Nice staff, easy check-in and updated rooms. This property is great for a quick overnight stay. My main issue was the thin walls. I could hear everything my neighbor was doing, which included talking on speaker phone until 2am. There was also no smart TV, I could only get a few basic channels.
