From the front desk staff to the shuttle driver—staff was so friendly and accommodating. The decor is modern and clean walking in to the lobby. The room was perfect—clean with comfortable beds, pillows and linens. The bar was not up and running yet. They did have a nice food menu. Can’t say enough good things about the Sonesta property. I am now a Sonesta fan.

Someone tried to enter my room at 3/00 am. I am assuming that someone else was assigned to my room after I had checked in. There also was no breakfast available. When I went to try to have breakfast, there was no staff on duty in the restaurant

Only problem was that you had to pay for everything there was no free breakfast that's my only problem They didn't even have a vending machine I end up still happening to go out and buy food because the stuff that they had was not to my liking I can't rap my head around a bowl of fruit for $14 pillows were soft but everything else I had no problems with the staff was wonderful They have a great weekend crew didn't really deal with the ad overnight crew as much but room service and who wants to come clean the rooms I even had to talk to the maintenance man and he was very nice as well
