Upon calling for the airport shuttle, front desk agent was rude and hung up on me in the middle of me asking what to look for. The room we got (114) does not have a door that closes all the way. The door closes, but you can see out into the hallway from inside and vice versa. Setting aside the obvious safety and privacy issues of this, it also lets light into the room from the hallway all night long. Woke up in the morning to a bunch of these bugs in the bathroom. Told the front desk upon checkout and he just said “oh, I’ll tell someone” like it happens all the time. No apology, nobody asked me how things were. Do not recommend!

We were assigned a room and we tried 3 times to get in it, but the door was broken.. after going back and forth to try the key, we were given another room. That’s good, but it was the hassle of having to go through all of that. My husband were there for one night.. I guess it was good enough. Just seemed a little rundown.
