The bed and cleanliness of the room were very good. The refigerator made so much noise when running that I unplugged it, There was a clean water leak from the toilet (made a 1 ft^2 puddle), and the security latch for the door was broken. The breakfast was not near as good as at Hampton the day before.

Horrible experience. This hotel is run down into the ground. Water stained tiles in the hallways. Stains on all the carpet. Broken out elevator lights. Busted up windows. All the hotel room doors had about 1-2 inches of gaps between the floor. The room was filthy. Hairs all over the bathroom counter and floor. Tub wasn’t clean, sink wasn’t clean, built in soap and shampoo dispenser was covered in soap and shampoo and stains. Just an all around disgusting and horrible experience. Although I will say that the bed linens were thankfully clean. Hot water was barely working. AC in the room didn’t work. Someone threw up all over the parking lot and no one bothered to hose it down. I have a chronic illness and had been traveling all day. When I arrived, I was so exhausted I couldn’t do much other than lay down. When I woke up, I realized the AC wasn’t working and found out about the shower. Instead of trying to offer me a price adjustment the front desk told me I should have told them last night, so I would have been moved into another filthy room while being so exhausted and run down. Horrible experience all around 0/10. Don’t waste your money here. Can’t believe hotels are allowed to scam like this.

One Good Maintenance Man away ....

Like many LaQuinta Properties, this place is one really good maintenance fuy away from a very different experience. Stuff is broken all over the property and the rooms are maintained at a poor DIY level. If you hire a proper maintenance man, this place could be so much better than it is.

They have a phone text system to tell them if you need anything, never worked Their showers are COLD - for real, the highest heat & it’s cold, that sucked, multiple times. I was just trippy dissatisfied & there’s no reason even complaining to them as they can’t modify anything as it’s all done through Expedia. It’s just a headache and ye, avoid this property,

Met with the smell of weed in the elevator, the room stank, no sound proofing, the second i stopped off the elevator on my floor you could hear a girl and a guy doing it and the girl moaning echoing down the hall. The fitness center, half the weights were gone and most of the machines didnt work.
