Still a great deal!

Our stay at the Delta is always comfortable, once we get there. White this was not an issue in recent years, both stays in the past two weeks made us wonder if management has not paid attention as well as they might have to the transport from the airport and the communication standards by phone. The phone lines were completely out two weeks ago, and it was impossible to reach anyone, even when contacting the corporate number. Most recently, the phone lines were working, but the front desk attendant was on a personal call throughout our checkin process. It was difficult to understand if she was speaking to us or to her friend… This is a fabulous hotel…convenient, comfortable, and so reasonable price wise. I hope they can bring their communication skills back to the level they were at a few years ago.

It's getting hot in here!

1st room the Air-conditioner was not working. We suffered through the night as it became very uncomfortable around 3:00 am. They changed our room as maintenance was unable to fix it. The 2nd room same floor became uncomfortable during the night as well. The carpet in the 2nd room was dirty and the ceiling by the window had water damage. This hotel which use to be the Renaissance just had a face lift and a name change Not a remodel. Parking is $25.00 per night NOT $18.00 as stated.

Quality choice for business or pleasure 5 minutes from the airport with onsite long-term parking and their own shuttle. Good restaurant, bar and breakfast with all the amenities you would expect from a Marriott Brand.

The room was ‘way too hot with no way to cool it down. The tub did not drain. The carpet in the room is stained. The dining room was pitch black (I couldn’t even read a menu) and breakfast was terrible and took 45 minutes.

When I arrived my key wasn’t working to get into the room and I had to go back to the front desk 3 times. For the inconvenience they supplied access to their pantry for the night which was very nice and accommodating. The staff was very helpful, my room was very clean and warm. I would definitely recommend the Delta Hotel to anyone staying in the Philly area.

Heat in my room stuck on so room was extremely hot. Bathroom toilet was dirty. Guests fighting at night and hotel refused to address it even though it went on until 4am. Front desk quit answering my calls to address it. Manager refuses to return my call. Multiple stays here and all about the same. AVOID!
