Terrible room condition

My room was dirty,I got the King deluxe room with the pantry included and I was very disappointed in the condition that the room was in. I called the front desk and went down in person to complain and was just told that the issues were noted and I wouldn’t be charge for incidental. There were stains everywhere and damages to furniture plus the hinge to our door broke. I feel like I should’ve been offered another room or something, the staff did not care and kept cutting me off when I told them about the issue.

Jasmine was very friendly, offered to upgrade our room to a suite since we were Marriott Bonvoy Members. We also had access to The Pantry which was stocked with complimentary different food choices and drinks. Our room was very clean a and spacious. The shuttle drivers were helpful and courteous. This hotel is a litte of the beaten path about 4mins from the airport. The best thing was the free airport shuttle that we utilized everyday to get to the subway train. My only complaint is that there is no microwave in the rooms. There's a fridge but that's it. A microwave would've made this a 5 star review for me.
