The property was beautiful and clean the staff was exceptional especially the staff at the front desk was awesome

This is a beautiful iconic hotel with a lot of history. However, the third floor rooms smelled moldy and musty. The room’s carpet are as old as the hotel. Nothing updated in 50 years. No slippers or robes. No room service even when requested the service. Had to ask for the complimentary water. When I complained to the front desk staff on the musty smell she kept saying she didn’t know anything about that She repeated this statement 3 times. Two nights was enough not to go back.

It was uniquely the second worst hotel I have ever stayed in

love the location, helpful staff, upstairs bar/pool area is gorgeous, nespresso machine is a nice touch plus gorgeous lobby and breakfast diner option — wish the two double beds option was still available plus a curtain for privacy between the clear wall and the bedroom area

We stay at the Miyako Hotel whenever we're visiting Downtown Los Angeles. Everything about it is good. I especially like that it's right next door to the Little Tokyo Mall, which has many good dining options.

Never in my life have I been to a hotel where the room keys stop working is a daily experience. We probably went through 15 rooms keys over the course of a week. No microwave in the executive suites, and the staff won’t help you. Gym equipment hasn’t worked for over 2 years, the treadmills are broken, and no signs whatsoever. Everything at this hotel just felt cheap. My wife got sick from the $19 breakfast burrito…Most likely never staying at this hotel again.
