Mac, at the front desk, was an absolute pleasure to speak with and was so helpful. They went above and beyond. Our bartender Dominique, was wonderful as well and mixed us some amazing cocktails at the lobby bar. The whole vibe of the hotel,and its bars, was super cute and aesthetic. The sunset view at Golden Hour was dreamy, especially with the rotating carousel bar. It was a wonderful stay.

I actuality liked the view from my 22nd floor room. Just seeing how far out the city lights was shinning further than my eyes could see. Also how soothing a nice hot shower can feel at the end of the day. I was having trouble with the tv and all of its functions which lead me to become frustrated Either than that my trip was more than fulfilling even though my indiana fever team got beaten bably by your home team. I liked how it was near the Crypto Arena since i was there for KCON. The staff there were nice and room cleaning service came everyday. It was inconvenient that there was no fridge and microwave in the room. Had to go 9th floor to get water and needed your own bottle.

Our sheets were noticeably dirty, both on the exterior and the interior of the comforter. They were stained and damp. I provided photos to the staff, who were apologetic about the situation. The room was quite cramped, with no floor space to lay down a suitcase. Additionally, we observed a number of homeless people outside the building causing problems—stealing hot dogs from a vendor and exhibiting behavior that resembled prostitution, along with drug-affected individuals shouting at passing cars. This all occurred while we waited for our Lyft driver, which made my kids feel scared.

Location was ideal for concert and convention at Crypto arena. Rooms very small and sink area was way too small . Also no fridge and ice machines did not work . I would not return . Staff was okay

Check in representatives did not match the hotel vibes, short when asked questions. Hotel room amazing! Views amazing! The bathroom floor tiles could have been cleaner. Checkout staff where great and polite. Overall good vibes in this property.
