Terrible, misleading valet payment. It’s PER NIGHT, so beware. It says “in & out privileges” but it’s per day, so in all reality you’re playing the top valet fee everyday. So many hidden fees, none of the staff knows what’s going on. I was told the rooftop bar was open until 9:30, I get up there and it’s already closed. Stay somewhere else.

I wasn't impressed with the valet and the checkout. Very busy and disorganized. So much so that I just left and got another hotel elsewhere. I didn't even check in....and unfortunately they won't even offer a refund. Annoying

The room didn’t even have a chair. It had a cool view of crypto.com and LA live, but was bare bones. The nightstands were tiny I barely had room to charge my phone and earbuds. There was no privacy for the bathroom area to change, it was just a toilet, no vanity. I would not stay here again.
