Got bitten by bed bugs horrible bites there were toe nails in the carpet I stepped on called to report and was told bed was inspected and there are no bed bugs that’s not true legs bitten up felt the biting

This Bally's Casino Hotel located in Dover, DE., is hands down the best Casino stay on the East Coast. Their hospitality is 2nd to none!

Everything went very well until the 2 am fire alarm. But that was handled well. Staff was very courteous. If I have the opportunity, I would stay at Bally's again.

The room was old. The mattress was terrible. My back is so sore from the wacky mattress. The room had a little odor as well. The hotel should be listed as a 1 star! The saving grace to the experience was the excellent staff working at the front desk. Kudos to them.

I reserved 2 rooms, one for me and one for my adult daughters. Turns out the door to the room occupied by my daughters could not lock. When mentioned to management, the only recourse was to provide a voucher to eat at a restaurant. They said the hotel had -9 rooms that night. The next morning, the manager said we could have should have been offered another room. My daughters slept in a room that did not lock and although there were cameras in the hallway, the feelings of discomfort could not be shaken. The maintenance guys working the off shifts should be taught how to manage such situations and to fix the doors.

The overall stay was ok. The room was clean to a certain degree. The mattress was old and really uncomfortable. The frame of the bed made a horrible noise. The shower was ok except the shower head didn’t work properly. The pressure was way too strong even with it not going up all the way. It actually hurt to have the water hit your skin. The food was bland but not much to expect.
