Run down rooms and bad food

Lobby looks nice, but the room was in poor condition (cracked sink, damaged bathroom door, under beds had layers of dust and trash, water damage on ceiling). The breakfast was not good either day. Staying two nights, we made a reservation for 4 people, they stocked the room for 3 people. Be careful grabbing luggage carts, only one wasn't broken. The beds were comfortable and most of the staff were nice, but I wouldnt recommend staying here.

Disgusting Room

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. I wish I would have spoke up to the front desk after checking in but it was late at night with only a few hours to catch some sleep. And we had spent the last few days packing and loading up our UHaul and were just too exhausted to try and change rooms. Upon walking into the room there was a large area on the carpet that looked like vomit, not just a stain, clearly something that was not even attempted to be cleaned as there was “chunks” visible. There was what appeared to be blood splattered all over the entryway of the room, the bathroom door, and bathroom wall. The sheets were not clean, either dirty sheets were used to make the bed or they simply made the bed with the sheets the previous person in that room had. We had a blanket with us we laid on top of the comforter to sleep on top of. The corners of the room had cobwebs so large I can’t imagine the last time the room was vacuumed. There was mold all around the bathtub and shower curtain. The bottom of the tub was missing large pieces of whatever material it’s made out of and the drain was broken. There was even a large tree branch in the chair, the least disgusting detail of the room, but it just shows they didn’t bother to clean at all. This room would be unacceptable for any cost, but for almost $200 a night is ridiculous! Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT get a room here.

Decent but needs urgent attention to back hallways and cleanliness of A/C unit when there is fuzzy looking stuff on the cover of the unit that’s lack of attention to details by staff the walls in the room also had layers of dust on them visible due to dark paint color. Also back hallways smelled horrid mold and smelled like an animals shelter after the dogs all went swimming.

The location was great for our trip to town. I was disappointed by the wallpaper falling off the walls, the ceiling peeling off/hanging down, and what appeared to be mold on the window sill above the curtains in our room.

The hotel is aged and lacks any sort of update. Kano shade in room was completely broken. Carpet duct-taped throughout the hotel. Lighting very dark. Interior rooms (along the pool) lacked sound barrier. Staff not pleasant. Water faucets throughout the hotel not working (couldn’t fill up water bottles). Breakfast food very limited and questionable. Even though checkout was not until 11am, hotel cleared room door keycards at 9am and housekeeping tried coming into the room at 8am even though we had yet to check out! Greatly overpriced for the amenities!

Well we had to change rooms right away. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling only two lights worked in the room and the air conditioner was so loud you couldn't sleep.in yhe sevond room only two lights air conditioner was very loud it needed a filter change. No place to lay your luggage. Im not we are so very disappointed.

Pretty run down overall. Bathroom fan did not work. Hot cold water in shower barely worked to get luke warm water. Part of bathroom wall was crumbling. Windows opened but no screen so bugs come on in. Room smelled very bad at check in.

Walking in, it looked very nice. Rooms were a 4 out of 10. Breakfast was good 1st day and horrible the 2nd. Pancakes were rubbery. No milk for cereal. Very slow responses. Missing hairdryer. Called for one and it was never brought. We ended up having to go get it ourselves. Duct tape on flloor between main floor and pool. No ice machine available on floor. No screens on windows and we were able open the windows. Very unsafe for children!
