Great experience

A nice quiet spot. Was able to walk to Old Town and Museum district.

This property has an indoor water park, arcade and several dining options within. It is pretty well kept, the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking is either valet or self park. Lots of space to park your vehicle. Multiple different entry points depending on where your hotel room is situated. The water park is rather small but this is good for families that want to stay close. They have a swim-up bar. Hot tub is both indoor and outdoor (weather permitting). Camelback property is 9/10. They could do a better job of maintaining their water park. I saw a few places where some extra cleaning would have gone a long way. (For example: Orange mold spotted)

We’ve stayed here a few times and have enjoyed each trip. The only thing I didn’t like this time was being asked multiple times by different people (who worked with the hotel) about rewards points that turned into what seemed like a time share pitch. I was there for 5 days and was approached almost every time I went through the lobby. I understand trying to promote something but it did become annoying. They even approached us as we had our hands full with bags and take out after a long day. Maybe there’s a better way to go about this new promotion. But like I said earlier always a great and comfortable stay.

Mount airy is a very nice hotel. Very clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the decor is lovely and the scenery is beautiful as well as peaceful. i would be coming back very soon. They have a spa but unfortunately it was booked at the time but the space was very clean as well. They have heated indoor pool with a bar area. if you looking to relax and unwind this is the place to go.

Great place to stay to see historic sites. Clean, comfortable rooms and great staff.
