I was looking for parking and was told I was in the wrong spot, but I was actually in the right place. The hotel feels outdated to me, and the rooms are just okay. The first room I got was missing an entire fridge. I was moved to another room, which was better, but the overall feel was still very outdated. I won’t stay again.

The itself was fine. The heat didn’t work for our entire 3 day stay. Someone came to the room to service it, but it still didn’t work. And there was no microwave in the room. The charge for parking was absurd.

Spent a wonderful weekend at the Sonesta Philadelphia. Close to everything and great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Recommend pre-purchasing your own parking in the same lot as the hotel uses - costs half the price through Park-it.

The staff at Sonesta Hotel on Market Street were courteous snd professional. My room was very clean and the Ruth Chris Restaurant had amazing food. I would stay at the Sonesta Hotel again.
