Checked in around 10p after a lot of travel issues and immediately my key did not work. Not a huge deal but I was on the 21st floor so took extra time to fix. I booked this hotel at the last minute and one of the reasons I booked it is because there was food on site, but the bar was clearly closed and did not look like it had opened that day at all. Staff was helpful. Carpet in the room was very worn, but the bathroom was clean. The pictures did not reflect the overall experience, unfortunately and the value did not match the price.

The room was fine but the other guests were very noisy every night so it was hard to relax and rest. Room service came in my room (without being requested) and threw away important personal items and some of my belongings came up missing. I have yet to hear a follow up

The King corner suite was excellent. However, the customer service was not the best. There was no Wi-Fi nor did the phones works, which they did not tell us during check-in. The rooftop pool does not get much sun because it’s blocked by buildings. We would book again.

Stayed on the 24th floor my entire room smelt like weed headache for 2 days I was there because it smelt like it was coming through the vents had to buy a Vicks vapor rub n apply to my nose and the thumping noises and bangs from the storage area behind my wall it could of been way better place bathroom tub had hair on the walls an easy wash away I personally don’t like stuff like that makes me don’t want to use anything there only west I brought staff was ok
