We had to be moved 2 times. The bathrooms were not clean in 2 of the rooms. The staff was nice and helpful and I appreciate them moving us but in reality we should not have had to deal with the inconvenience of being moved because of lack of cleanliness.

Check in was very quick and efficient, and the room is nice and clean. Found the bed to be uncomfortable. There were lights over the bed that we couldn't figure out how to turn off--there was a tiny switch that we eventually found as we were ready to call the front desk. Also there was a wooden ledge where you might expect a headboard that we both hit our heads on at least once. Lastly, you can't use the TVs in the room to sign into your own Netflix or other streaming service accounts, which is a bummer. Nothing terrible, it's a perfectly fine hotel, but nothing special.

I would stay at this hotel again. It has a great location in center city, rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front desk, valet and bag check were all friendly and happy to help. The hotel is a good value as well.

It was a nice facility. Parking nearby was half the price of the hotel's parking. We literally parked right next to the hotel for more than half off. Staff could not be less helpful. Asked them for directions, recommendations, etc. They had no idea. I wondered if they were even from the area. We asked for an extra blanket and pillow. We had to call twice for it.

Howard was extremely helpful and prompt. I had just driven in 5hrs into Philly and by the time I had put my jacket on and got out of my truck, he was all loaded up the bell cart and took me to my room unloaded and the smoothest check in. Great hotel.
