Loved this hotel. Prime City Center location and only about a 12-minute drive to Temple University. Having Starbucks and Ruth’s Chris right in the hotel was a huge plus. The staff was outstanding friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful and they honored my Expedia VIP benefits, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.

Room was fine - strange no blankets provided. Bathroom needed some service - sink dripped and towel rack partially detached. Food at Cafe was good and reasonably priced but they were out of half of the menu. All staff were extremely cordial. Would stay here again.
