The staff was great. We ate dinner at Ruth Chris which is in the hotel. We stayed at this hotel after our wedding. Our waiter Shaun, bought us a cheesecake with a candle and Congrats written on the desert plate. I found that very thoughtful.

The coffee maker in the room wasn’t working. It took a while to the maintenance to arrive and the new coffee maker that they brought wasn’t working either. The coffee shop and the restaurant downstairs were all closed at 8 pm when I arrived. The lady at the registration desk was brusque, refused to give me a room on a lower floor (I was on 14th) and spoke very fast, hard to understand

Spacious, clean room with closet; efficient and nice housekeeping staff; fast check-in and check-out. Breakfast area was spacious and quiet but tables had drink rings and crumbs on them. Coffee was bad; lattes came from a vending machine. Elevators were fast and efficient.

Great location. Easy walkable access to Center City as well as Rittenhouse. Spacious guest rooms and nice flow to common areas. Dining and bar options on site as well as a gym with enough equipment for a great workout. Front desk service and the gentlemen in the attached parking garage were warm and welcoming. Will definitely return to Sonesta next time in Philadelphia!
