Did not meet expectations.

Arrived Sunday, check in was difficult as couldn’t understand receptionist. School age children seemed to be everywhere causing elevators to be full. All night these kids/young adults were noisy, running up and down the halls, banging doors. We hardly slept. Trash all up and down the hallways from them eating take out food. The hotel needs some updating. Coffee shop didn’t appear open…. Didn’t understand how to use the credit that was mentioned. The door/bell hop staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located, nice room, BUT... The alarm went off at 6am in the NEXT room for over 5 mins straight until we called the front desk to send someone up to turn it off. What terrible way to wake up earlier then we wanted.
