The view from our room was perfect and the customer service we received from Ari helped make the quick trip a meaningful one we've never been to this area before and it was super helpful that your staff was on point with suggestions even to the museum right around the corner . Definitely appreciate the above and beyond customer service from Ari and the whole team thank you for making our stay worth wild . Especially with having handicap parking right in front was a plus . And accommodation for those in wheelchair . This was a great stay thank you

The staff were great! When we checked in there was no reservation for us. She did see where one was cancelled. Apparently because I made a change through Hotels.com, it cancelled my room. Luckily for me they had a room available and matched the price! I have been booking on your site for several years and this made me upset. Good thing Wyham was able to accommodate us.

Stopped my car right in the convenient portico area at the hotel front entrance around 4 pm. Went in to fetch a luggage cart, unloaded our luggage and went in. After queueing for awhile and checking in to our two rooms, I went outside and to my surprise found a hole in my driver's side window. No idea how that happened, but I now need to buy a new car window costing $650. Rooms were good size, but mattresses were old and sagging badly. Bathroom had lots of clean towels, but sink didn't drain properly. The shower was in a slippery bathtub. Our rooms weren't cleaned after the first night and, on enquiring, I was told that housekeeping is only available on request, not automatic. Bottled water was provided but ran out after day one and wasn't replenished. Bkfst wasn't included and dining facility looked unninticing. But there are some good options nearby on Market St and a little farther away at the city Market itself. Parking in attached hotel garage is $40/night with in/out privileges. Hotel location is excellent so we parked our car in the garage and didn't use it during the two day stay.

Excellent service. This is a great location in the old city and most sites are walkable. Room quiet and clean. Daily cleaning service, towels and soaps. I enjoyed my stay as did my family.

The amenities you mentioned were inaccurate. I was charged an additional $40 for parking, and breakfast was not included as stated. This is very disappointing, and I am extremely unhappy with this experience.
