Room was great. Staff is amazing. My only complaint is about how LOUD it was. I was on the fifth floor, and you can hear a mouse fart below on the street. Every car that went by, every person walking by and talking on their phone woke me up. I was like I was sleeping right on the street.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating and understanding of the errors they could not help. When I arrived I was informed my King Deluxe room was given away and they would provide me with a double for the night and move me to a King tomorrow...unacceptable! Parking was a nightmare, no spots avaliable each nite, I literally parked in the fire lane with hopes of note being towed. Rooms were just ok..a little dated, loud toilet and heating unit. I was too busy and tired to complain...I was comp for the parking fees, but i would probably not stay there again!
