Housekeeping was spotty at best. Our first night there, my wife accidentally dropped a tater tot on the floor. I thought it would be an interesting observation to see how long that tater tot would stay on the floor without anybody sweeping it up or vacuuming. It was there the entire week of our stay. They were negligent in picking up trash. Some days the bed was made better than others.

Enjoyed my stay. The service and accomodations were excellent. Very convenient location for walking. The entrance way from the hotel to the parking lot needs to be cleaned up. It is an eyesore and would not take much effort to clean it up with some paint , etc,

Waited 10 min to be sat at restaurant and no one helped me. Went to the bar finally and asked for menu. After 5-7 min of waiting bartender comes back and asks what I want. I start to order food and she tells me she will have to come back in a little bit to take my food order. First room had hair in sink, floor and toilet. The shower mixer was broken so the only water options were hot or cold. Moved rooms and that room also had hair and grime on the floor. Elevator wouldn’t go to 5th floor. Overall the hotel is dated and rundown

This property is right across the street from the historic Christ Church Graveyard and only 3 blocks from Independence Hall. It is everything you'd expect from a Wyndham; upscale, modern, and comfortable. It was an ideal home base for us to explore historic Philadelphia.

Some of the staff members were awesome and I wish that I had gotten there names one ways a young man that worked morning shift awesome young man. He tried to help us out with finding places to go and he was very kind and pleasant to talk to. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been, when we came back for the evening I noticed that they didn’t take our dirty towels out of the bathroom nor clean the bathroom, we had multiple rooms and we were all complaining about the same thing my sister’s room had mold in it. The rooms are outdated, they need usb ports or current ports and outlets. On a good note the location was great almost everything that you want to see is in walking distance.
