Negatives: Biggest issue was the heater was blowing both cold and hot air somehow so it didn't really get to temperature and was chilly in the room. The bathroom door didn't acutally latch. Positives: Bed/pillows were comfy. Location was great.

The parking garage was torn up and in the middle of construction. So if there wasnt a spot, youd have to drive a block down the street and hope there was one there. People would park in the middle of the roadway of the garage because they didnt want to walk in the cold and snow. Other than that, stay was great. Close to alot of things just a walk away. Just needed to brave the cold. Would stay again if we came back out that way.

The view from our room was perfect and the customer service we received from Ari helped make the quick trip a meaningful one we've never been to this area before and it was super helpful that your staff was on point with suggestions even to the museum right around the corner . Definitely appreciate the above and beyond customer service from Ari and the whole team thank you for making our stay worth wild . Especially with having handicap parking right in front was a plus .
