Dated and ac struggles to keep up. All showers are tubs with curtains. Food is decent… the concierge is outstanding and most if the staff are helpful and agreeable. Its major attribute is its location…can walk to mist major attractions… walking is level and easy.

Great Location. For Price!!

Room was constantly kept very clean. Clean Towels daily. Trash emptied Daily. Toiletries changed out, when used. Guest Laundry was working great. Staff was adequate. Biggest drawback was internet in the hotel was spotty at best. It would come and go all morning & evening.

Staff were great, hotel room itself very clean. My biggest issue was the lack of basic cable channels and when you would try to stream any of the Pluto tv channels they offer it was difficult due to multiple freezes I’m assuming due to the WiFi.

Great location, mediocre hotel

Its a Wyndham so its nice, but it hasn't been updated in over a decade and is really starting to show its age. Carpet is curling, furniture and walls are a bit beat up. Oh and a water leak by the lobby. The key here is location. Right by Independence Park and offers onsite parking garage.

We spent over an hour getting the air conditioning in our room fixed when we checked in. The desk was very vague about dining options in the area when we asked for information. So far not impressed with the hotel. Location is excellent but customer service is not great.
