Great Hotel!

This hotel is terrific and I would stay here again. There is a place to pull in and unload so your not dealing with a busy city street, there is on site parking with in and out privileges which is so convenient. A lot of sites within walking distance. If you’re visiting the historic district there is no closer hotel. There is an on site restaurant and bar. Rooms were large and comfortable. And there’s a pool! Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Outstanding location, close to local historical attractions and tons of dining options. Nice, comfortable, and clean rooms. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Great value. Dining option in the lobby is okay, but limited choices. There is a fire station across the street on the corner, so you may hear some late night sirens.

Even though my room was facing a fire station with sirens blaring at all hours, I did enjoy my stay at the Wyndham Historic Philadelphia. For one, it has an excellent location, within reasonable walking distance of several historic attractions. For another, it was reasonably priced and the hospitality was much better than many other higher priced hotels I've stayed in. What I didn't like was the TV. I couldn't switch channels or adjust the volum on the remote let alone turn off the TV altogether. I dont know if it was the remote or the TV itself but it was quite frustrating to try to figure out the issue. In fact, at several times, I had to completely unplug the TV just so I could switch to another channel. Either way, my stay was pleasant enough that I would stay here again should I need to return to Philadelphia

Manager on evenings was very rude when I returned the first night to the hotel, the garage was full and blocked off. I waited for an available spot and the manager impolitely told me to move my car by raising his voice when there were multiple other cars parked right behind mines in which didn’t receive the same treatment. I had to eventually find street parking because I refused to go any further away for another parking garage. This should have been communicated at checkin the garage of the hotel was first come first serve as there was still a charge for parking. The morning manager was very pleasant just did not make me aware of this issue.

Did not clean room stayed for 2 days , I went to front desk to ask for my room to be cleaned , and the girl said sure I’ll tell someone and no one ever can to room , I had to throw out my own garbage both days. I would not recommend and I would never stay here again

My sheets and covers were torn. The coffee maker did not work because, as we found out later, the outlet was faulty. Not enough staff for checkout and checkin. Music over sound system was one track and became a drown. Uncomfortable and sparse lobby. One good point was that some of the staff was helpful and kind.

Full parking garage so not enough spaces for as many rooms. I go to xheck in and they gave my king rooms away and said we gave you queen rooms instead. Elevator was broken and the other one was ridiculously slow. Evwryone was saying it.
