The parking garage was 75% under construction yet they still charge paying hotels guests to park there and don’t even give priority to the hotel guests. This was a big negative. The elevator needs you key to work but the buttons need servicing and you can get stuck on the elevator. The entire building is very old and had a superficial cosmetic upgrade for on the surface at a glance appearances. The breakfast they is expensive considering it is usually what is offered at most hotels as their included continental breakfast. We walked around the corner and supported a small local cafe on our way to the sites.

A/C unit in our room leaked so carpet was wet. Rooms are tight fit. Carpet needs to be ripped out. There were dead bugs in one of our rooms. It was very convenient to the historic district. Lobby was nice. Not enough parking so you had to like fight for spots and not go anywhere once you had one. The smell of weed was coming into our room from somewhere. I would not stay again.

The parking rate is high but tolerable when compared to others. But they rip you off because they dont make it clear that you have yo bring your parking ticket back inside to be " validated" each time. Their excuse is they dont own the garage. Funny, their name is on the garage.

Can't beat the location

Excellent location. We stayed 4 nights and never got housekeeping service, even after calling the front desk. The staff were all friendly. The hotel shows some wear but nothing terrible.
