Great stay in Philly. Hotel is easy to get to and it's such a plus to have an attached parking garage. The parking garage is currently under construction so it's slightly tight super convenient. Staff was very friendly and room was clean which is all I need. Would definitely stay again. allneed.

Stayed for Veterans Day weekend for the Marine Corps Birthday. The staff was on strike and what staff were still working did not clean or take care of anything with our room. There was vomit on the hallway floor the entire weekend, never cleaned up. We had no fresh towels for the room. As a veteran with ptsd, it was horrible to experience constant loud banging, screaming and whistles going off all day till sundown from the staff on strike. Not only does this hotel not pay their staff to the point where they strike, but they refused to reimburse those of us who stayed in any way. They wouldnt even handle the parking fee. All of us guests deserved better, but especially those of us Veterans who came for a good Veterans Day Weekend, only to dread coming back to the hotel during the stay. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever.
