Ideal location, comfortable rooms although everything is looking a bit tired. Stayed for 5 nights and housekeeping never made up the bed ? Fresh towels and coffee etc but since when did they stop making up the bed ? Bed itself was really good. Another thought was they stuck us on a rear low level room, no view except for all the air conditioning units on the roof below. Ask for a high floor !

The staff are very nice and obviously work hard. The property itself is old and in desperate need of renovation, not a lot the staff themselves can do about that! The location is key and this combined with the lovely staff makes this property a great option!

The stay was mostly fine except we were told we needed to inform the front desk if we wanted housekeeping to clean up each day. We said yes, but they didn’t come. They did provide a change of towels eventually, after we called to ask why housekeeping hadn’t made up our room. Other than this, the stay was ok.

The room smelled like damp wet socks, come to find out the entire carpet near the window was soaking wet. We were too exhausted from driving 8hrs and just kept the room for the night. The restaurant…dear lord what a disaster but we couldn’t help but laugh. It took 15 mins to be sat, though there were 4 tables occupied. Took another 15 for our waiter to greet us AND another 50 mins for the food to come out, again with only a few other tables in the restaurant. They must have been short staffed but man oh man we would’ve been better off ordering Uber Eats, much cheaper and wayyyy better than the undercooked wings and microwaved burger we got. Yuck!

The hotel was very clean, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, so we didn’t even need to use our car. It was also close to many famous landmarks, making it easy to walk around. The staff were very friendly, and everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The room was ample but not in great condition. The sink and shower did not drain properly and the shower water was too hot with no option to make it cooler. There were no cups in the room and those that were eventually supplied at our request were just coffee cups that got soggy when filled with water.

The staff including Quay and Matt were excellent. So nice. Others at the front desk as well. Resteraunt is awful. Very limited menu. Portions very small for the average area prices. A Caesar chicken salad the size of a side salad was around $25. Other than that liked the hotel very much.
