Room was clean and good. Bathroom was good. No problems. Fewer pillows than normal . But they fixed it quickly. Overall good stay. Please fix the breakfast buffett situation. It is far worse than the sofitel I used to remember from a decade ago.. If cost is an issue, please raise the cost as needed. Breakfast is terrible service and poor food. All else is super good.

Hotel is always so clean and welcoming. Thomas at the front desk was amazing during check in. The room was clean and spacious. The only hotel we stay at when in Philadelphia!
