we were there for New Year’s eve. The accommodations and staff were excellent. It is a beautiful hotel and everything was top notch. Our only complaint was the selection of the band that played in the front dining area. They were too loud and did not fit into the vibe of the hotel. We will definitely return, but would suggest a jazz band.

The hotel was lovely, has great amenities and a nice bar. Our room was spacious. The bed was very uncomfortable though. The pillows were hard as a rock and the mattress was extremely hard and old. We asked for extra soft pillows which helped, but I can’t believe how bad the mattress was for a nice hotel and King suite

Absolutely awful! Room was musty. The heat wasn’t working and engineering came at 11pm to fix it. Our “free breakfast” wasn’t available bc the staff was too busy. The staff did nothing to compensate us. It was New Years Eve and I wished we had chosen another place. There was a brawl in the lobby in the middle of the night and people were screaming in the hallway. 0/10 experience. The worst part was the staff felt compensating me was not a solution.
