Needs better cleaning

The beds were OK, not that comfortable. The floors were very dirty and dusty. My socks and feet were black from walking around with those shoes on from the floors

We were originally given a room on the seventh floor which the keys did not work so had to go back down in the lift to get the keys reprogrammed when we went back up and entered was already occupied by someone else, back down again to be given a different room. Not a mix up you would expect from this level of hotel

Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel was fantastic. Great location, amazing facilities (including a rooftop pool), so many extras included and friendly and helpful staff. Could not recommend this hotel any more for a stay in Philly. Adding on the Executive Suite was definitely worth it for access to the lounge and drinks/snacks all day. Irish pub attached was decent too.

We love the Windsor and stay here whenever we're in Philadelphia. Due to an error through Expedia.com this time and eronrous offers to upgrade check in times and rooms we had an issue. But the manager made sure we had the room that we wanted both nights without paying for the upgrade and comped our parking + gave us free drink coupons to make up for our inconvenience We were happy with our stay and will return
