Location is good for walking around. The room was large and breakfast was not too bad for a hotel included breakfast. The hotel didn’t accept a cash deposit on the room or Canadian debit cards. The pool was murky and out of order for part of the stay, and the hot tub was cold and murky.

my husband and I shared one room and my daughter and 2 young grandkids had another room. We stayed 2 nights. kBoth rooms were clean, but my daughter's room "ran out of towels" and had yo ask 3x for extra towels. The hot breakfast (scrambled eggs and sausage) the first day was excellent. The second morning, there were omelets and fried potatoes with peppers in them, so my grandson and husband could not eat. They only had a bagel. That was disappointing for them. I know they could have had waffles, but don't like either. The hotel is just across the street from the Heinz museum and that's why we chose that. It was also walkable to the "strip" stores.
