The location is great, walking distance to so many things. The room was clean. The tv was a bit iffy, kinda bad signal. Amenities are odd. No ice or fridge, but cold water sold by bottle in the hall. Friendly and helpful staff.

The front desk staff were courteous and friendly. The lobby area was very warm and spacious with very comfy chairs. I didn't get a chance to use it, but there is a great coffee bar area for guests to use (I believe it's available 24/7). I was only there for a short stay, but would love to come back and just hang out longer in this space. The room itself was pretty small, but clean. Loved that there is a Nespresso machine with a good selection of the pods and with liquid creamers as opposed to the powdered stuff. This hotel is right at the heart of the city with some great restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience here and would certainly come back again.

Taffari, the gentleman at the front desk was a delight. He was helpful, knowledgeable about the area and quick to offer suggestions on late night dining and entertainment. The hotel itself was very clean and had a large gathering room in the lobby for guests to enjoy. Our room was rather small but comfortable and other than not having a microwave it had all the necessities. The area outside felt very safe and it was close to many historic sites. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Lovely from start to early finish. The guys who checked us in were so helpful. My husband threw out the card with one name. Jaylen was the other. Bed super comfortable and great location in Rittenhouse. Had to check out early due to incoming storm and check out was also quick and easy.
