Very relaxed upbeat hotel, just what we needed!

las habitaciones ya se ven muy descuidadas, con falta de mantenimiento, pero están limpias. el problema es que se escucha todo, literalmente si están viendo la televisión en el cuarto de a lado se escucha en tu habitación, así que no puedes descansar en las noches por todo el ruido de afuera. La comida es decente, es una buena relación calidad-precio. No es un hotel caro, así que no esperes demasiado

The cleaning team was great. The bathroom was huge, and the shower was very spacious — that was amazing. The AC was very loud, so we had to turn it off at night. Every morning, the floor became very wet and slippery. When we first arrived, the building smelled a bit like mold. Maybe because it’s an older building that was renovated. After a while, we got used to the smell. The staff was very friendly. The receptionists were especially nice and helpful. The food was delicious. We enjoyed both buffets and the Italian restaurant. I do wish they cleaned the beach seaweed better. There was a tractor raking the sand, but it didn’t actually remove the seaweed. The swimming pool was nice, and there was enough space for everyone. The kids’ pool was large and looked very fun, but we didn’t use it because my child is already too old for it.

It wasn’t what I expected but it’s ok.

Staff is horrible …. They have the worst attitude Nothing worse then going on vacation and being served with a bad attitude management should have only the best personalities assist the guests…. I will not be returning…. The Riu palace in Cancun has great staff super friendly and I tip them good

Pool and beach were nice
