We stayed there for 8 days and everything was good except some people were yelling and screaming in the haul way and stairs starting around 2 am until 4 am. We called the front desk several times to send security or to warn people who were disturbing the peace, but nothing happened and the same thing happened the following nights. We couldnt get enough sleep and it was very disappointing. People spend thousands of dollars to take vacations to relax and it's the hotel's responsibility to enforce their policy and not just collect the money.

The resort is Large with that in mind, I notice how the staff is always working to keeping the Resort very nice and clean. I love the coffee shop on the lobby floor. Also this is a family Resort .Kids and more kids (LOL)
