The property was what I expected for the most part. However, we did have two bad experiences with a very rude staff member, Felix, the day we checked in as well as when we were checking out. I have no idea why someone in customer service would have such miserable people skills. Really turned me off on returning to this resort.

The service was awesome at the bar and food service. I had a couple of bad experiences where staff would act as if they did not want to service me. For example, during buffet service I would notice the workers having an attitude if we asked for something. Room service could never get our order right. Otherwise the food was good and fresh everynight. I loved the lobby bar the most. They were very friendly and welcoming with the best options. I hated having to walk a 1/4 mile to get uber service in the scorching heat. The attendant dispating taxi service had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He was not organized and very rude. After a long week of activities and relaxation I would give this resort an overall good score but dont expect luxury because it is far from that for the price they charge.

Perfect access to the beach with stunning views. There are plenty of seafood options nearby, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. The only downside for me was that the towels and bed sheets had a strong bleach smell, which might be uncomfortable for those who are sensitive to it.
