Room did smell bad. Initially at room 1204. We did spend the night. Then they changes the room to 2406. Partial view with a lot of roof. To me, it is way overpriced.

This is our fifth year, coming to this hotel and when I informed the staff they could care less. Our friends who joined us had never been to the hotel before and they were upgraded. I’m not sure why we were overlooked. The air conditioning in the room, made a very clinking sound, which woke us up throughout the night. I informed the staff, but nobody ever came to service the machine. The door mechanism was faulty And inconsistent, which made it difficult to consistently. Enter the room, which was frustrating. There was also a mosquito problem. We have never encountered these issues before which leads me to believe that the hotel is not being paid attention to as well as it should. The beach area was often dirty in the morning. Like nobody cleaned it up from the day before. They ran out of towels consistently. We absolutely love this hotel, and I’m sure we will return, but the staff should know that some basics are being overlooked.

Overall, our stay was good and comfortable. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the pools and amenities meet the expected Hilton standards. The location and general upkeep of the resort were definite positives and made for a relaxing environment. However, two areas were a major letdown. The concierge service was very disappointing. We reached out for information on local activities and excursions, but the staff was not helpful or proactive, which was surprising for a Hilton property where guest support is usually a strong point. The spa experience was also underwhelming. It felt quite average and did not align with what I would expect from Hilton in terms of service, ambiance, or overall experience. In summary, while the property itself is solid and enjoyable, the concierge and spa services significantly detracted from the overall experience. With improvements in these areas, this resort could be much better.

Our room was beautiful and very clean. Next time I think I would get a room that has a view as there are many with balconies that look directly at another wall of balconies. The pool area is lovely with very comfortable loungers and a nice poolside menu (expensive but at least it's good).

The Expedia room was poor. While it was very clean and nice inside, the balcony and window was inches from the hallway of the adjacent window, so anyone entering that hallway had a direct view into our room unless the curtains were closed. Also, we had to keep the balcony door closed because the noise from the road was very loud. Also, they charged additional beyond the resort fee etc on my Expedia receipt. They also had nowhere to refill water bottles.
