Unique, large hotel. Good service staff at small pool bar in front of the beach excellent, Otavio was very attentive along with the other lady bartender. Food: It was hard to get in to the steak house, told no reservations required but that was not the case. Same for the sushi restaurant. One dinner at each would have been a better experiences as buffet eating gets old.

Love the multiple pools right on the beach, favorite restaurant was American Country, and the fact that staff was friendly, helpful, and fun! The food overall was average for buffet food but there were numerous restaurants to choose from. The sit down restaurants were good and the earlier you ate the better the food seemed to be. The room was average, the bed ehhh, but the housekeeping staff was always on top of the daily touch up! This is a very large resort with quite a bit of walking to get from place to place. I did not mind the walking but I would likely choose an ocean view room next time. There is entertainment nightly and the environment is very fun & relaxed. It is a bit rowdy on RIU party nights but if you enjoy that, then this is definitely the resort for you!

Everything was good, food, pools and room. I didn’t like that there was nothing outside the property to walk around like stores mini marts. You were basically stuck unless you took a taxi into Cabo. Also, for being a huge hotel I was unable to get change for my money. In 3 separate occasions I was told they don’t have any money to change. Therefore I couldn’t tip or get a taxi because I didn’t have small bills. My room was there furthest away so I had to go back and forth for nothing each time.
