We’ve been in cruise, Italy, Europe, Asian tour but this is by far the best experience. Party like a rockstar. Eat nonstop. The juice bar omg! All fresh.. 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room is small but its okay

Restaurant staff were amazing, so kind to our family. Overall our experience was good however this resort is targeted more towards the younger party crowd.

Pros: - Spacious, clean rooms. - Amazing staff. - Direct access to beach. - Interior pool was amazing - calm and quiet. - Awesome water slide area. - Fun family pool area with slides for younger kids. Cons: - Food options were not great - a few standout areas (Kulinarium, ‘Wet and Pizza’, Sakura - certain options). At other restaurants, the meat was overcooked and dry. - Loud, spring break party vibe - could hear club music from our room located several building away from club. Infinity pools overlooking beach were extremely loud and crowded.

Didn’t realize it was spring break. The first 2 days were fine, but after that it was crazy. We have been to the Santa Fe before, but this time the food was terrible. Staff was wonderful and the update on the resort was very nice. Overall we had a good time. It was really awesome that the bartenders would tell any adult over 30 or not in college to skip the bar line. They served us right away. Overall 7/10 would be higher if the food was better.

The Wi-Fi was terrible and when I went to let staff know, they didn’t do anything. It wasn’t until the last day they finally sent someone and the modem was broken. Everything was very clean and the food was good. But had to get staffs attention multiple times to get served drinks.
