Ocean view was beautiful!!! Need more staff to operate the carts so you don’t have to wait so long to go to the lobby or back to your room. Food was great and restaurants nice just would like to have the option of a dinner buffet.

Our honeymoon stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica was absolutely unforgettable. The views from the resort is insane. Shuttles to the sister resorts (also amazing) were provided and we never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Food and drinks were so good! From the moment we arrived the service was amazing. Yoana and Isaias in the VIP Lounge were so kind and attentive. At Siempre Restaurant, Oscar and Marcos made our breakfast experience perfect. Our room was always spotless thanks to Miriam (we loved the uniquely folded towels & blankets). And we can’t say enough good things about our butlers, Itimar and Rodrigo. They were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and made our honeymoon stress-free and feel so luxurious. They answered any questions we had so quick! Every single staff member we encountered made our experience truly memorable. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and can’t wait to stay again!

Room was great oceanfront view food was great especially the Asian restaurant and the check in staff were especially helpful The employees from maids to gardeners to food servers to bar tenders to golf cart drivers were all excellent

I fell in love with this place! The beachfront location is ideal, and the views are breathtaking. What really made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff - everyone was warm, welcoming, and made sure we had an amazing time!
