This was our second stay at Rose this year. If possible, we loved it even more than we did in June! Our favorite employees remembered us and everyone took wonderful care of us. The food and beverage are better than at any resort in Mexico that I have visited. Our room was beautiful and clean. Every single staff member gave 110% to ensure that everyone was happy. I can’t wait to come back in 2026!!! (Special thanks to Areli, David, Naomi and Elizabeth at Blanco, and Luis, Evaristo, Adal and Laura at Rose!)

We booked luxury suite partial ocean view Cons No ocean view, though it was advertised on expedia Nowhere luxury in the room, bad flooring, low quality soap n shampoo, lot of mosquitoes, non working flush, weird noise making faucet, not so great shower, worst is sofa bed n pillows. Our neck was all sore next day. They are cheating telling its luxury room. Only 1 restaurant on the property which you can make reservations without extra charge, We didn’t get reservations any day of our stay. They should mandate to give at least one. Pros The beach and pool are very convenient and great convenience, easily accessible from room. So we enjoyed our stay. Staff was good, food was good. Visit to sunset beach for food was great If you don’t mind room condition then great relaxing vacation place! Spa is expensive beyond imagination, but good massages at walking distance!

Love the location of the Rose! We loved walking directly down to the gorgeous beach! The staff was wonderful and the Sunset Sushi spot was our fave (in all inclusive plan). Our only complaint is that the rooms need updating and are damp. Be careful if you are sensitive to molds. The problem is that Cabo is humid!

Positives: 1. Nice landscaping, courteous staff, access to beach, walkable to Marina, access to activities, safe in property. 2. Easy to order food and beverages in phone app. Comes to room in 45-50minutes. 3. If you can spend couple of hours (shuttle), access to Sunbset (upscale) property where they have different restaurants (you have to pay for good items even with 'All inclusive') package. Could improve: 1. Not a good, firm queen bed. If two pleople sleep in the same bed, if the other person turns in the bed, it will wake you up as though its an airline turbulence( or whale movement). We could not sleep well. 2. No good buffet system. Restricted timing and we cannot take food when we want. Wastes a lot of time. Even with 'All Inclusive' package, choices are limited. 3. Poor choice of restaurants in the property. 4. No good food choices for vegetarians/vegans. In the lone buffet, items are not always labelled. 5. There is 24hour non-stop noise from the A/C or motors running. So its not a quiet place. 6. No heated Jacuzzi 7. Their 'welcome breakfast' is a trap for time-share presentation where you will waste ~3.5hours for some tour vouchers.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly, the food was great, the activities were fun. The only downside was the condition of the room. The paint was peeling in the bathroom the bathroom room corners were grimy with mold. The ceiling paint on the shower ceiling was smeared onto the tile. The air conditioning smelled moldy..it seems that the bathroom fan is not powerful enough.

The staff was all very helpful and friendly. The bed was too hard for my taste, giving me an unpleasant sleeping experience. I would stay again, but would recommend the resort look into better beds for their guests.

The room smelled dingy and the AC didn't work well. The TV was very small and the sound didn't work well. The TV was almost the size of a computer monitor. The food was great, the amenities and location of the hotel was superb. But for the money spent, I was hoping for a better bedroom.
