The Staff and the service is what keeps us coming back, the place is great except for a very uncomfortable mattress. I had back pain every night from that damn mattress. Fix that and everything else is fine. Arelli over at Palomas restaurant is an amazing hostess, she goes out of her way to make sure everything is good, Ivan the server is also another great worker

The hotel was beautiful and upon arrival were were upgraded free of charge to stay at Pueblo Bonito Blanco. My only complaint is the pool has chipped tiles and scraped my daughter’s feet. Other than that it was beautiful would definitely recommend
