Loved the amount of cactus against the ocean as a background. Loved that its within 5-10 minutes from nice dining. Didn't like so much that lobby is kept not so cool a bit too warm and staff arent as friendly as Ive expericed before. Lupita was lovely, Maria Guadalupe. Also they charged my husband for "bracelet" that was lost in pool and it wasnt even an all-inclusive bracelet. We were never told they would charge if that got lost....very annoying. I mean, its a nice hotel, 3/5 but could improve. If staff was friendlier i would of enjoyed more and given 4/5. One day our AC let out a bad smell they did fix that though....love that they had cold water in every hallway of the rooms! Saved us a lot😁

The property is on the older side, but it is very well maintained. The lobby had a nice bar with nightly entertainment. The pool was clean and fun to hang out in ( in part due to the swim up bar!). The pool furniture was in good shape. You could hang out at the beach also ( although the beach there is a shore break that isn’t safe to swim in most of the time). There were daily activities around the pool that were fun. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good. As an all inclusive, there was a nice variety at the breakfast and dinner buffets and the taco/ snack bar at the pool had great food options to choose from. The all inclusive drinking was also nice. The grounds were well maintained.The hotel is just a short drive to a swimming and surfing beach and also to downtown San Jose del Cabo.

We loved that this is an oceanfront quaint hotel with great room views. The breakfast is excellent, we included it in our room rate. The property is beautiful. Plenty of loungers pool side and chairs looking at the sea. We thought the rooms need attention for cleaning and painting.

We didn't like the hotel at all. Everything is too old, sheets, beds, towels... It is claim itself as 'all inclusive' but everything is very limited. Not too many choices. I think this hotel is only for mexican's, not people coming from other countries. Pool was not clean when we were there, is just another point. It is ocean front, but you can not swim. It is too dangerous. You need to use the pool.

Small hotel, could definitely use updating. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and was hard to get any sleep. 1 buffet restaurant with limited food options. Only 2 bars and they disnt open until 11am, coulsnt even get a mimosa with breakfast. Some staff were friendly some not so much. Beautiful beach, and good location.

Posada real is the perfect destination if you’re looking to relax all throughout your stay. I give it a 8/10, my stay was very good for relaxing and enjoying the days laying on a lounge. The food was great with lots of selection, and the all inclusive was affordable. The hotel staff very attentive. This was a small hotel compare to all the others so I believe that has something to do with the good attention. I don’t give a 10/10 because they can do better with the entertainment at night but overall a good stay.

It was very dirty, check in people were very rude, the A/C want workin had to ask them multiple times to please fix since we had a baby overheating. Paid $95 for breakfast for 2 days. And the breakfast was soooo bad. Asked for refund for at least the second day since I wand to landing on ever eating there again they refused to refund me for the unused day. The whole place is pretty dirty and most of the staff is rude and overcharge since they know you’re a tourist.

It was a great place for the price. It’s more on the basic side but for the price it was great. Plenty of bottled water dispensers to fill up your cup/bottles. Great water pressure in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Overall a good experience. Beach is not usable very rough and dangerous to try to swim in it. The pool was kept warm and hot tub was warm.

Horrendous. Person who greets you is a pushy time share individual named Jesus. We reported cockroaches in our room after the very first night, and he said it was the first he’s ever heard of it. Jesus said that Expedia wouldn’t work with us and only offer to upgrade our room. We couldn’t relax staying in a place with cockroaches. We were able to eventually directly message an Expedia rep on the app and they canceled the remaining nights at this place so we could offset our cost to book somewhere else. Only paid $600 more to upgrade to a better all inclusive and it was a different world! So glad we only stayed one night at this place.

friendly staff and easy access to everything was perfect. Great beach location and not too crazy of an area inside the Resort. I was not looking for a party Resort, but wanted an enjoyable time inside the Resort. If your not looking for a party Resort, but want a nice place to sleep with working AC, this is your place. Food was average.
