The customer service of this property was amazing and the best part of the resort! The food was awful! I really didn’t have 1 dish I actually liked. The pools close way too early. We are on vacation on a private resort why do the pools close at 7/9pm?!! The drinks barely have any alcohol and taste very watered down. The entertainment was fun and enjoyable. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again I’d like to explore another resort. Also, get a uber driver bc the taxi drivers will completely take advantage of you.

Great property. Had housekeeping do turndown service everyday but never left clean towels. Had to call the front desk to get towels.

This place was so much fun. I love that it was adults only. The place was so clean. They really do a good job not only keeping up with everything but making sure you have anything you need. The entertainment was really fun especially the day entertainment by the pool. Also everyone was so nice. I can’t wait to go back! What an amazing experience.

I had never lost 7 pounds on a vacation! The food was so horrible. I could not eat any other food. It was low quality for being in Mexico who is the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had everything is lukewarm. It’s not hot and all the protein sample chicken is overcooked same food at the pool every day. The staff are very unfriendly to check in was an hour. There was limited staff working to check us in had to complain to a manager and seem like the manager didn’t care. I went to Rui in Jamaica. I chose this place because I had so much fun there, but this place the entertainment was not like Jamaica.
