Our room smelt like oily food when we entered. There were no tissues provided in the room. The shower is excellent and the check in was quick and friendly.

We loved the traditional "Doorman" top hat and all. Fantastic staff, could not fault them at all. Only thing that needs to be addressed is the temperature of the pool.. it is quite cold, so as there is a section of it that acts as a "spa" with jets, that area or the pool needs to be a bit warmer, ...
