I started developing a severe itch from the second night. Clusters of marks like mosquito bites around my arms, even fingers. Over the time, it got worse and last two nights I could not sleep from unbearable itch that is no all over my body. Visited a doctor when I came back from vacation and it is scabies. Most probably from contact with infested bedding. This ruined the vacation for me. Never in my life have I ever experienced scabies or any sort of bed bugs in a hotel.

Don't go there The hotel is in the middle of a construction site and far from everything. You can't swim in the ocean. It will be difficult for you to get out of the hotel. The food in all the restaurants is bad and cheap. Flies fly over it. The alcohol is of low quality. All the restaurants are below average. So you understand: in the "Italian" they put fried eggs on pizza. ))) Drinking water is only from the tap. There is no mineral water. Be prepared for the fact that in terms of food/drink you will have the cheapest and worst. No one will pour you Don Julio or Evian. The pools are bad, and terrible music is blaring next to them, which is very far from rock and roll. People sit near a smelly bar, drink margaritas/beer and pee right into the pool. They also pour unfinished drinks from glasses there. Some of the pools are not heated at all. The room is poorly cleaned, the floors are sticky, the minibar has inedible chips and nuts. The front desk confirmed upon check-in that we had a deluxe room with two queen beds, but gave us a room with one bed and a sofa. I don't know what they were thinking. The wait for food in the room is 60 minutes. On top of that, salespeople will immediately pester you, urging you to watch a pointless presentation of their other hotel (90 minutes of your time) or buy a membership in their club in exchange for an "improved breakfast" or a discount on unnecessary services. We made a big mistake by going there. Don't do the same

We had an awesome trip to the Cabo Hard Rock. Great for kids, lots of entertainment, the food was surprisingly very good, and the service was excellent throughout the property. Stephanie and Arnold at the pool had us dialed in everyday, which was a huge help in making sure we had a great time!

Beautiful Property, Clean Rooms, Hotel Staff in some areas was rude, restaurants, poolside etc. Food was Mid at best. taxi at the end for 2 people to the airport was $125, which was insane considering Uber was $45. But no Ubers allowed in this property.

Property was nice, there was not much to do as the hotel is secluded, I found it relaxing, but you need to me mindful of this when booking. Not a swimmable beach, just keep that in mind. The staff was very nice. The Casino is off sight (not a big deal for me bc I don’t gamble, but others cared). The room I was in had a damp feel to it. On my last night I had to call the front desk regarding guests who were arguing at 2a, they said security would come and address it, but they never came, I was VERY surprised by that! I had to open my door at 2a and ask the other guests to take it elsewhere, fortunately they were polite to me, but that could have ended wrongly. The resort credits can only be used on certain things (spa, bowling). and require you to pay a 35% out of pocket service fee, not much of a credit if you ask me. Also transportation is $100 r/t pp if you don’t book with them directly, resort cr can not be used toward that and they don’t allow uber insight. Due to the distance from the airport the fee isn’t horrible it’s just you don’t have many options, groups win as the fee is $340 for up to 10 pp. Overall I had a nice stay, might not stay there again just bc of the location but it wasn’t bad.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing!! They alone are the reason I will for sure be back to this place. Everything else was awesome as well, the drinks, food, atmosphere, but the staff absolutely makes this place what it is!
