This was one of the more cleaner properties I have stayed in. All throughout the day staff were cleaning and making sure it looked nice. My only complaint was the hot tub outside looked like it had a layer of algae on the seating area so I chose not to get in. Just an FYI, they do clean rooms later on in the day. I was on the 2nd floor and it was after 2pm each day before housekeeping was able to get to us. No issues at all, but just so you keep that in mind while you plan your day. The staff were all very kind and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again!

The place its self wasn’t horrible- it just needs some renovations. The blankets in the rooms were all tattered and torn up, the shower was eh, not much pressure. We over all had a great trip, just the hotel was eh. It was good for a cheap trip

Parked and smelled urine where we parked. Vagrants? Room was next to a broken AC unit….had to unplug it in order to sleep peacefully. Shower took 10min for hot water. Downstairs women’s bathroom broken….clogged toilet. Biggest disappointment. Unfriendly front desk. One customer asked for a spoon. “Sorry…we don’t have any.” Excellent customer service would have grabbed a plastic spoon from the back (the ones used for breakfast). And breakfast? Absolutely nothing healthy: no fruit, for example, and disgusting fake eggs. And no complimentary water for guests. The hotel looks 5 star on the outside, but 1 star service, food, and comfort.

Front desk was not very friendly. Had trouble with tv and phone not working. Had to ask three times. Still no phone but tv worked. The breakfast was good. The lady attending that was very nice. Housekeeping very attentive. Pool area needed attention. Hotel itself Was located good.

One night in Destin

Hotel in a great location close to restaurants and activities. Only issue is we had no hot water in the shower. The longer it was on the colder the water got. Front desk was notified when we stepped out for dinner, but was told no maintenance staff available until the next morning. Front desk staff great and very helpfu with check-in and food suggestions.

Bed had stains, room didn't come with soap in the shower, over priced compared to what you can get, breakfast had a bad selection, carpet torn up by door to balcony, door to balcony had a screen missing some of the shades, people could see right in

Well the only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that my room didn't have an balcony and that's why I chose to reserve an room at the summer place inn bc it stated that it had balcony and I love to be in the balcony to enjoy the view of things and the city. If I had of known I wasn't gone have a balcony connected to my room, I would have reserved another hotel with an balcony, but overall, the stay was ok.

The staff were nice. The pool was great! The hotel can use a few updates. The room we had the mattress needs to be clean and a mattress pad. We let the staff know that it was dirty.
