Gorgeous Top Floor Penthouse! On The Beach! Amazing Views! Close To Everything!

We have two units side by side. Unit 1814 is Vrbo property number 1945753 and unit 1815 is property number 1013753 Same floor plan and views in both and Chris is the owner so you know it’s nice and you’ll get the best service ever.

This spacious and luxurious one bedroom beach front condo at Destin's fabulous SunDestin Beach Resort is right on the beach. The condo sleeps 5 and has the most amazing full views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as a nice city view from both the living room and the master bedroom!

From your private balcony, gaze at the dolphins in the crystal clear waters of the gulf, the white sand beach or because of its slight western angle, even the action of the city! It has the best of all three worlds! The western angle provides more privacy than other units and eliminates any noise from the pool or kids play area so that you can have the most peaceful private stay that only a penthouse can offer.

There's plenty of space and seating in the living room with a full-sized sofa bed couch that is extremely comfortable due to having an actual inner spring queen mattress with foam that sleeps like a regular queen bed. Living room is very comfortable for watching the flat screen TV or DVD player for movies or just taking in the beautiful views of the ocean while sitting. It also a has a nice dining area with table and chairs.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with all the needed appliances, large counter top and fully-equipped with everything needed to cook a family meal. It also has a window that overlooks the city and the bay!

Wake up to the same gorgeous views right from your master bedroom. Its ocean front as well with its own private balcony access! It has a KING bed, and a twin roll away bed in the closet for an extra person, private bath with its own closet, full-sized closet with a box fan, iron and board, private sliding doors to the balcony, flat screen TV and alarm clock. The balcony is very large, has a table and two chairs and the AC unit is NOT on the balcony to disturb you like other units!

Another bonus! SunDestin’s extra amenities: Outdoor Tiki Bar, Fitness Center with a Hot Tub, Sauna & Steam room, Outdoor courtyard with BBQ grills, indoor and outdoor pools and kids water playground. The resort offers an on-site convenience store and Restaurant at SunDestin, you will be within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Big Kahuna Waterpark and many other area attractions. Everything was great! Very clean, amazing view, within walking distance to several restaurants/entertainment venues. Our family of 5 slept comfortably with the extra pull out beds for the kids. Chris was a wonderful host and we felt welcomed the second we walked in - he was also very responsive with his communications anytime we had a questions on/off the resort. Will definitely stay with him again! Picture of breakfast on the balcony from my walk to Parlor Doughnuts!

BEST PLACE TO STAY!

Communication was beyond amazing! Condo was clean and had all the extra touches you need on vacay. Master bed is very comfy. AC works great. Kitchen very well equipped. On site parking pass included with stay. Laundry on premises if needed. Cute little shop in lobby for anything you want or forgot. View from the balcony is gorgeous and beach access is right there. I will stay in this condo for any future Destin staying!!

Spring break vacay

We enjoyed our stay, the condo had the best view of the beautiful water! Super cute, comfy bed, had some snacks and wine for our arrival. Communication with owner was great, always there to help! Despite construction going on all around the condos we did not have any issues during our visit. The location was great, tons of places to eat and other activities right around us.

This was hands down the best experience! The owner Chris, made everything perfect for us. Check-in & out was easy, he even let us have a later checkout which really helped out. We had everything we could possibly want or need, best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. It was our Anniversary & we were welcomed with a gift basket & a bottle of wine. Paradise at the Penthouse

Such a beautiful condo and a wonderful host. Destin is so beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and decorated so nice. Chris made the whole process very easy. We hope to be lifelong friends with Chris and visit often. I highly recommend Chris and his beautiful condo.

Anniversary- Wedding Vacay

Our daughter was getting married on the beach on the same day as her Mother and I anniversary so we were celebrating her wedding, our anniversary and the first time to Destin for both of us. Could not have asked for any better experience all the way around.

Excellent Experience

We had a excellent stay and we plan to visit again and when we do this is where we will stay. It was neat and clean. Any questions we had Chris was responsive immediately and gave some of the best recommendations for restaurants. This was our 10 yr. wedding Anniversary and he left us a bottle of wine with 2 wine glasses and a bowl of snacks which we really thought was kind and thoughtful. Had one of the hottest heat waves but when we arrived he had cold drinks in the fridge for us. The bed was very big and comfortable. Had the perfect view of the ocean, the bay and city. You can literally see the ocean from every room except the back bathroom and sink room. Had all utensils and dishes in the kitchen we needed and then some. We were not disappointed at all! Chris answered any questions we had even before we booked the room. We give it and him 5 🌟's

From day 1 setting up the condo until the day we checked out, everything was just wonderful. Great communication with owner and he was very informative!
