Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project, which includes work on all balconies and walkways throughout the property. Renovations are taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We have blocked off units that are directly affected, but some guests may still experience occasional floor grinding noise and light dust as the work progresses.
Project Updates:
* Balconies ending in 01 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 19.
* Balconies ending in 02 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 14.
* Floors 2 and 3 are closed and scheduled to reopen by February 28.
* The penthouse (PH) floor is tentatively scheduled for resurfacing from November 26–December 4, 2026. Light construction noise and dust may be present during this time.
* Roof work is tentatively scheduled from April through July 2026. While no major disruptions are expected, the timeline may shift due to weather conditions.

Sterling Shores 308 is a gorgeously-decorated, three-bedroom, two-bath condo boasting stunning community views and peaks of the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will also enjoy the available beach service that comes with two beach chairs and one beach umbrella, in addition to shared pools with a seasonal snack shack!
With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom, and double-size bunk bed in the additional guest bedroom, Sterling Shores 308 accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. Whether you are taking a family vacation, going on a spontaneous trip with friends, attending a special event or any occasion between, Sterling Shores 308 has all accommodations needed for a picture-perfect beach vacation.
Upon entering, you will find gorgeous hardwood floorings, rustic yet upscale décor, and furnishings, as well as a truly “at home” ambiance. The two guest bedrooms are on each side of the entrance, each offering a large flat-screen television as well as their own incredible touch of style. The guest bedroom to the right of the entrance offers a queen-size bed and is surrounded by a unique wall with colorful wooden planks, featuring variations of blue, white and brown.
The guest bedroom leads into the guest bathroom, boasting a double vanity surrounded by granite countertops, nautical décor, and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The additional guest bedroom includes a large mounted flat-screen television and a double-size bunk bed, complete with fish netting and a fun “Surf Shack” sign; the children will adore their own individual space to relax and unwind. Down the hall is the fully-equipped kitchen, boasting gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, plenty of cabinets painted a lovely blue color to compliment the beachy atmosphere, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
