Our floor smelled like sewer so bad. Every single floor was out of bottled water. The lobby was so hot you couldn’t even be in it. The front desk guy when we checked in was so rude. This place used to be so nice. Went downhill. Won’t stay again.

Great central location, nice modern lobby and rooms, would definitely stay again. Only thing that needs improvement is keeping the drinks & food offered for continental breakfast filled and that area cleaned.

The staff were all super friendly. We loved the hotel decor and cleanliness. It was also conveniently located amongst all the attractions and it was pretty quiet. The only complaint is the lobby was hot and the room didn’t cool down to where I could sleep well.

Parking is a few blocks away and due to be short-staffed, not only did room not get cleaned, garbage and dirty linen taken out/replaced, I had to ask for clean towels every morning at front desk. Would have helped also if explained in check-in procedure that can park temporarily in front of hotel.
