Our room was in terrible disrepair. It was unclean and smelled of smoke. There was an arm chair in the room that belonged in the dump. The waffle mix in breakfast room was lumpy and had an oil sediment on the top when poured. Although the staff were friendly, I would not recommend this property.

The manager greeted us at the front desk when we checked in. He was friendly, courteous, and sincerely welcoming. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had easy access to the interstate from a central location to many of the sites in the Black Hills. Breakfast included waffles, eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal, breads, yogurt, and more. We will definitely stay here again!

I was checked I to an already occupied room, the air conditioning didn’t work properly and the electrical outlets are so worn out the plugs either hang out of the outlet or don’t stay at all.

The first room they put us in was over perfumed after a couple hours of not being able to stand being in tge room and the 4th complaint i was going to fond another hotel he moved us to another room. But i had to tell them we were going to leave before he did anything

Would stay again. Clean, older hotel. Management really nice and helpful. The room did have a slight smell, like old smoke, but easy to get used to. The only negative would be the pipes thumping. Anytime water was running in a room beside or above you, it was loud

Liked that is was a pet friendly motel. Did not like that our room was not ready when we came. Carpet old and shower faucet knob came off in your hand and the toilet paper holder comes right out of wall. Needs to be glued into wall.

Check in was easy as was check out. There was only 1 luggage cart and on check out the cart disappeared! The hotel had plenty of guests & 4 or more carts would have been acceptable! Room was fine but lacked drinking cups (had 1) & coffee had 1 coffee packet. Towels were good & the hotel was quiet.
