When I checked in to this hotel they told me where the hot tub was. I went up to my room and our key didn’t work so I went back to the front desk to get that fixed, and asked when the hot tubs closed which the same man then said “oh we are experiencing an issue with them” so they weren’t truthful right off the bat. The people down the hall from us had an issue with the cleanliness of their room, which we didn’t really have any issues. But in the morning my fiancé went to get breakfast and heard people talking about having no hot water, he texted me asking me to turn on the shower, and we also had no hot water. I understand sometimes things happen but it would be nice if the employees were up front it just seemed shady, so we were happy to leave. When I was checking out several people were upset at the front (understandably) but sounded like they were giving out fake info for a manager that didn’t exist. We didn’t even dive into that we just ended up leaving, I don’t think anyone was able to get a refund. Wish I had looked into this place more before booking!
