This property and staff were AMAZING. Great stay overall. Will definitely seek out Home2Suites in my travels. Perfect, comfortable, very clean. Nice roomy suite. We used pull-out sofa bed - very clean, comfortable mattress with all linens provided without asking. Fully stocked kitchen - dishes, glassware, flatware, knives, kitchen towels, dish soap, sponge, toaster, full size fridge, disposal, full size dishwasher, cutting board, microwave, electric burner upon request. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect!

Amazing property. Right across from speedway. Walkable 7-11 nearby. Breakfast was sloppy and slow. Rooms were huge. Building is new. Staff was really good. Would stay here again. Center of it all for Daytona beach. Good price.

Customer Service Lacking

Hotel was basically what you’d expect in this class of hotels. The only disappointing situation we had was at breakfast. We came at 9am (breakfast ends at 10am) and nothing was filled. Coffee and hot food options empty. Just one waffle maker that literally took 30 minutes till we got our turn. We asked the front desk if someone could fill the coffee and before we even finished our sentence she pulled the business card out of the assistant general manager and told us to talk to him. She explained she only works one day a week and it wasn’t her problem. We were just simply asking for some coffee. It came across very poorly and rude. I think if a hotel can’t provide what they claim is included in the stay, then it should be cheaper. Other than that, our stay was fine. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Close to a lot of shopping and dining as well as across the street from the Speedway.

Good quick pick.

Picked this hotel as a quick solution when my home a/c went out and I didn’t want to let me 9 month old suffer in the Florida heat. Though we were only here one night it was nice, quiet, and cold haha. They provided a pack n play for the little one and breakfast was decent.
