Great spot on the beach

This is the second trip back this month. We enjoyed our stay here so much at the beginning of our vacation we decided to add 3 more nights after we left Orlando.

The room looked clean upon arriving. Sheets had stains and the toilet was not cleaning. The smell outside the room reminded you of being on a fishing boat and all you could smell was seafood scent. Rooms had a strange odor to them as well. We had a very late check in due to our plane being delayed a couple times and the woman at the counter was not very friendly.

This property sits directly on the beach and the view is beautiful. The property is a little dated but price reflects. The location, the view and the amazing staff made it a wonderful trip! I do recommend getting an oceanfront suite.

Beach front was plus. Breakfast was not that good (one morning there was no milk) area not very clean and appealing. Girls at front desk not very friendly (sat with face in computer) . One gentleman was friendly and helpful and was moving around keeping busy. Same floor duster and pile of dirt sat there at front desk the entire 2 night stay . Tiki bar was not open 😞 and looked poorly equipped.

Great location. Away from the hub of the downtown area but not that far that you can't get to restaurants and other attractions. Staff are great. Very simple hotel/resort and the prices are very reasonable. Right on the beach with free access to the beach. Very clean.

It was a bad experience. I booked this hotel for 3 days but ended up leaving a day early. The room was very outdated with old furniture and no windows at all. It felt suffocating with no fresh air .

The building seems older but well maintained and upgraded. Proximity to the beach was great. The pool and Tiki Hut in the back was great. Check in was great.

Check in was at 4pm. I really wish there was early check in option esp with our flight getting in earlier. The hotel smelled clean but the reason i selected dirty was bc i touched a bandaid in the pool and it was there the whole time i stayed (4 nights) there was also other garbage in the pool. Their game room had snacks that were expired. And they have a tiki bar outside but it was never open. When i looked into this the sign outside the hotel said seasonal tiki bar, i was there mid june so that was dissapointing that they think june is not seasonal. Also they have pool and hot tub sign rules posted and their guest were ignoring them. They were eating food in the hot tub they were drinking while laying out. I did love the balcony prob the best part. Staff was friendly, always saw them cleaning. Would i stay there again? Prob not. The bandaid is a sign they dont clean the pool and is a health hazard esp after 4 days.

There were a bunch of issues with this property but the biggest was someone pooping in the hallway right beside the elevator and dripping it to their room, which caused my daughter to step in it. Whole hotel was just disgusting.

So the room was nothing special especially for the price that we paid but the worst part was that even though they claimed to be handicapped accessible to the beach they were not the ramp was locked and even after letting them know they refused to unlock it

Pretty much met expectations based on price and reviews. The room was clean, but the bathroom by the pool and the pool itself were not as clean. Could’ve just been a busy weekend because there were TONS of kids in the pool and using that bathroom. The beds and bedding were not great, I wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night if you’re older than 30. The breakfast was pretty much just yogurt. Overall I would say it's not a bad place to take the kids if you bring your own breakfast and keep your expectations low. Cheap beach weekend place. The staff was very friendly and helpful
