The staff was super friendly. They provide a small buffet breakfast. Toast, yogurt, coffee, hard boiled eggs. The room had wall to wall soiled carpet. The bed covers were stained. There was no tissues in the room. A bottle of water in the room was $7. But the beds were comfortable. And they provided plenty of towels. They have satellite TV which we found difficult to navigate. Parking was great! Pull right up to your room motel style.

The lodge was very neat and clean. The king bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The front desk staff (Sophie) was extremely friendly and gave many wonderful recommendations for local things to do and places to eat in the area. I would definitely stay again!

The two women who checked us in and out were lovely and gave us great ideas for local spots to visit. Room was clean and comfortable. Rugs could use updating. Just a few minutes drive to shops. We would go back again if we were heading that way.

Pros: Nicely renovated rooms, firm comfortable mattress, continental breakfast to carry back to room, good quiet location, friendly staff. Cons: low toilet, thin walls (can hear voices next door), noisy showers (due to thins walls), ice machine needs cleaning, exterior needs painting

The room was the most comfortable of six major Marriott Hotels that we had stayed in on this trip. The pillows were fluffy and full and that sheets were comfortable. The front desk staff morning and evening were delightful and informative of Kennebunkport and went out of their way to be helpful. We stayed an extra night because of the comfort of this room.
