My wife and I arrived at the hotel last night after a long and tiring day at work. Unfortunately, our stay was the worst experience. We found no comfort whatsoever; the pillows on the bed were terrible, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, when I went to the bathroom in the morning to take a quick shower, there was no shampoo or body wash. My wife called reception to request some shampoo and body wash, and we waited 15 minutes, but nothing arrived. I was extremely upset when we left the hotel; it was a truly frustrating experience. After my experience at this hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone. It had a high rating and was advertised as a five-star hotel, but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. It's a very, very bad hotel, and I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there.

The accommodation overall were fine. The pillows and beds were comfortable, but our room smelled like dirty feet and the air conditioner was very noisy. If we hadn’t arrived late at night or were staying for more than a night I would have asked for a different room.

Far too much ambient light. I ended up buying masking tape to secure the blinds to the walls to stop the outside light from leaking in. I also covered up the light switch for the bathroom and the smoke detector as they has lights on them too.
