The staff was outstanding. They went over and above at every turn. The hotel was good, clean but there is no hot tub as stated in the hotels com listing.

First of all they charge fees that they don’t charge if you book straight with the hotel, I didn’t see what’s the deal use Expedia? But the hotel, the staff try but I believe they are struggling with the administration. I stayed at several times in a different Fairfield, but I never seen a so poor breakfast and so bad maintenance like this one. I really tried keeping use Marion hotels, but is been very difficult when you have Hilton, just across the street!!!!

The staff was wonderful. The lady who ran the breakfast area was phenomenal. Our blankets had what looked like, feces on it and our room smelled. The TV also wasn’t working, but I was able to go and unbend a connection that was bent and reconnect it to get it working again.

Front staff was very nice and polite. The female attendant for breakfast was awesome! She never stopped and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we wanted. Nice clean pool area and workout room.

Room was in decent condition and staff was very friendly and helpful. The heater didn’t work in our room, the tv was glitchy, the pool was freezing, breakfast wasn’t very good (not much selection and items were stale or very dry), and got charged for parking, which seems really ridiculous for the location. Also, got charged for two vehicles because we had two rooms but only one vehicle.
