We booked this for a family weekend getaway. The pool and hot tub were closed (& according to signs had been closed over a month). This information wasn’t available through the booking or hotel website. We would not have booked this hotel had we known that. It’s why we were staying at a hotel!

No online notice of pool closure, sad kids

We have had a great experience at the Sioux City Staybridge, so I selected this location in Sioux Falls. I think this location is needing some upkeep though. The laminate wood floor is peeling up in the rooms, creating a dangerous trip hazard for my elderly dad. When I booked a room, I also didn't know that the pool was closed for long term maintenance (all month long). I would not have booked this room if I knew that.
