Shout out to my guy Antoine for checking us in on our way to Indy late at night, great service from him. Unfortunately, the bedding had a lot of questionable stains and hairs. It did the job. We checked in at 12:30 am and left at 5:30 am, it did the job.

Not a bad hotel for the money.

Overall experience it was very good. Only problem was that the HVAC was a bit too loud. Breakfast was decent. They ran out of pancakes quickly and took a while to replace the bag. Elevator smelled like cigarettes with a cigarette butt on the floor.

Room smelled awful. Brown stain on sheets and lamp shade and curtains were stained completely yellow with water marks or something. Got changed to a different room, but obviously lost all trust

It was fine besides there being a very long line to check in. The lady doing it was not happy to be there working and there was a lady that was just starting her first day and was trying to help. Also they said that there was a $75 charge for destruction that would come back to us when we checked out but we ended up getting charged which we did nothing to the room. Hoping to get that back.

When we checked in the attendant couldn’t find our reservation but did find it. We got our room key and when we got to our room was told we needed to go back and get a different room as the one we were given was out of service and front desk had been told that. Other than this the stay was good

Easily accessible from the interstate. The pool was closed but there wasnt a sign on the door( had to look on the website itself to read about it) water pressure wasnt the greatest and noticed some wear and tear theoughout the room. Overall it was nice for the cost and what we needed it for. The people here were nice and accommodating.

Could have been better.

There’s just a couple things that wish would have been better. I booked for a family trip for my son’s birthday mainly because of the pool, location and price. We checked in changed into our suits only to walk down to the pool and find it closed. When we went to the front desk she explained they had a pipe break that morning. Ok, things happen but why didn’t she say anything when we checked in? Needless to say I had some very disappointed kids. Then my daughter found a yellow stain on her blanket so couldn’t use that. Lastly, they use a text service to welcome you and state to just reply to text if anything is needed. I sent a request for bedding for the sofa bed and never received another message or the bedding….
