There were bugs and ants in one of our two rooms. They let us move to another room which was nice but then a random man opened our door at 1:30 am because the front desk gave him our room even though we were in it. He then came up and accused us of saying that we were in the room that we moved out of because of the ants. Very unprofessional and unsafe and we should have been given a refund or discount.

You could not give us a free coupon to stay at this establishment, we would still go somewhere else. It was dirty and smelled from the first moment we stepped foot into the halls and ventured to our room. It clearly had not been cleaned and smelled like old wiring and despair. There was trash all over the parking lot and all aspects are out dated and made cheaply. I would have hoped for a better quality from a hotel that says it in its name. We never will be back and would recommend the Ethan Allen hotel down the road instead.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom

Very disappointed. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom didn't have a functioning exhaust fan. The sink drain was stopped up or something.

While the room appeared to be cleaned prior to our stay, the mattress was totally disgusting. It looks like a death occurred and the blood was washed off but not completely. It also looked as if someone urinated on the mattress. I can send pictures. Our vanity light by the room door did not work. The shower tile grout hasn’t been cleaned since Reno. I advised the clerk at check out of these.

Bed covers had holes. TV has no guide or the ability to link your Netflix account and watch. They store the waffle syrup in an water pitcher and leave it in the bottom cabinet with no cover. Staff is not responsive with poor communication.

Property staff were very rude . Pool was false advertising. Bathroom sink was stomped up , microwave didn’t work. Back door was opened and wouldn’t close . There were beer bottles on the stairs. The morning breakfast area was insanitary. Breakfast wasn’t fair it was gone by 8am. Staff didn’t help with any of our needs .
