하노이 로얄 팰리스 호텔에서의 숙박은 매우 쾌적하고 편안한 경험이었습니다. 접수에서 만난 지미와 수리는 정말 놀랍고 친절했습니다. 지미 덕분에 우리는 마지막 순간에 합리적인 가격으로 하롱베이와 사파 투어를 예약할 수 있었습니다. 로얄 팰리스 호텔을 통해 투어를 예약했기 때문에 지미는 추가 비용 없이 우리의 방을 점보 사이즈 가족 룸으로 업그레이드 해주었습니다 :) 와이파이는 좋았고, 방은 깨끗했으며, 아침 식사는 괜찮았고 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 도와주었습니다. 우리는 다시 하노이 로얄 팰리스 호텔에 머물 것입니다.

Great location walking distance to all locations in Hanoi old quarter. They upgraded my room and got with a balcony. Very big room. Special and big thanks to Ms. Anna for her excellent service, and she is ready to help with anything you need.

The staff was very helpful and proactive. Everyone spoke English and made our communication easy.

I had a really great night here - I just wish I had been able to stay longer. I arrived rather late but received a very warm welcome. My room was fantastic - well-furnished and very comfortable.

My room was clean with appropriate amenities. There was a bit of dust under the bed but nothing terrible. As I mentioned to the front desk on my way out my shower did leak around the drain a bit. A minor caulking event. I cannot say enough good things about the staff in the restaurants and in the Spa. I could live in the hotel forever.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They really made our vacation feel special. The room was clean and had everything one would need. The area was right in the middle of the Old Quarter and everything was walkable including Hoan Kem lake. I highly recommend this hotel
