We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and could not recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring — nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention has to go to the hotel manager, Thomas, who is without a doubt one of the friendliest and most professional hotel managers we have come across in all our travels. It was amazing how he remembered guests by name and always took the time to speak with everyone personally, making the experience feel very special and personal. Sarah was wonderful during check-in, providing us with lots of useful information about Hanoi and helping us settle in straight away. Lily was also incredibly kind and recommended some fantastic local restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the rooms were exceptional — spacious, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. The restaurants in the hotel were excellent, and the à la carte breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice. The location was also perfect, close to all the shops, attractions, and amenities, making it very easy to explore Hanoi. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations and truly made our trip memorable. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and would definitely stay here again in the future. A definite 11/10!!

The staff were so friendly and helpful . I had booked a smoking balcony room not realising this. They changed our room for a non smoking bigger room .

Great hotel with excellent guess services

Dusit is a one-of-a-kind hotel in Hanoi. It sits outside of the Old Quarter. It is actually more of a resort than a hotel. The gym is incredible, and the spa is even more impressive. Everything at Dusit was extremely clean and in good working order. The staff is beyond friendly and goes above and beyond at every opportunity. The food is excellent. My only negative is that the bar closes relatively early (10pm)

This was a lovely relatively new property away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Amenities were great with pool, spa and masssge facilities on site. Staff were very helpful and restaurant on site was good and reasonably priced. Only criticism was the taps in the bathroom, as each turned in a different direction which had obviously caused problems with previous guests which had led to some damage of the fittings. The hot tap needs to be refitted as in thinking you were turning in off, you were actually turning it on fuller and due to the very high temperature it could lead to a scald. Nevertheless, overall this was a really good stay. A lot of building construction around the hotel but lovely views from within over the city. Would def stay here again.
