We had a perfect stay at Hanoi Royal Palace hotel. All stuff people are very polite and willing to help a lot. We've interacted mostly with Jimmi and he was very supportive with all our needs, from recommendation of what to see and transportation bookings. Perfect location, near to lots of places were to eat very good and sightseeings. Rooms are cleaned every day. We strongly recommend this hotel!

Vi havde et perfekt ophold på Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel. Alt personalet er meget høflige og villige til at hjælpe en masse. Vi har primært haft kontakt med Jimmi, og han var meget støttende med alle vores behov, fra anbefalinger om, hvad man kunne se, til booking af transport. Amazing stay at Hanoi Royal Palace hotel , most friendly staff ever! Jimmi, Celena and Linh are just amazing and so friendly. They're always there to help you with anything you need. Breakfast was just amazing and we could find many Indian restaurants nearby. Train street, lake and puppet show is at a walking distance. Really couldn't ask for more. Thanks Royal Palace hotel!!
