Great location in the Old Quarter — very easy to walk to food, shops, and major attractions. Staff was friendly, our airport pickup was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the bed; it was much too firm for our liking. If the mattresses were softer, this would be an excellent stay overall. We'd stay here again.

Firstly, the staffs were very accommodating especially Jimmi, Suri and another guy (forgot the name). The place is cozy and has the best location. Very near at all places in the old quarter. Walking distance and easy to book grab.. They also booked the aiport transfer for us. Responds via message quickly. They are good in english too!
