Fabulous hotel in a perfect location. Had a great sleep with beds the softest we had slept on. Breakfast buffet was delicious with ideal range of options. The sky bar was lovely to relax in with views of the lake and surrounds. Jim at reception was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

I arrived at the hotel very late after a delayed flight and the team at the hotel were extremely helpful and unnd helpful. The man who checked me in was great and extremely polite. He helped take me and my luggage to my huge room which had very comfy beds and a great bathroom. The team checked that I was enjoying my stay on multiple occasions which was great to receive. I would advise staying here as I had an amazing time and the team are extremely helpful and can also arrange any trips should you require their help.

The staff were very helpful we arrived early for checkin, but the staff were accommodating and got our room ready quickly as soon as the previous guests vacated the room. Once we got in it was very clean and cool. Great beds really soft and a nice little balcony too. We got a free breakfast too and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend especially for the bargain cheap price!

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was included and was exceptional! Jimmy the manager was 10/10 and helped organise a trip to ninh binh at a very good price :) Even as we left he was offering us water for our long trip to the airport, can’t fault 5*

Great service and excellent food for breakfast. There is a laundry service which was handy and was reasonably priced. Our room was good and cleaned regularly and we had no issues with room or service. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I ever come back to Hanoi

My stay at the Royal Place hotel was a memorable one. The room was clean. Security was tight. The staff was exceptional in both service and friendliness. I would certainly stay again if I ever visit Hanoi again.

Thanks to Jim and Jennie I had a great 6 day stay at Royal palace. I recommend this hotel to any foreign tourist who wants to stay in the center of Hanoi. My room was small but very clean and priced right.
