Absolutely great location, so many things nearby. The staff is very helpful. The young lady's smile in the morning, and the inviting welcome from the young man in the evening works wonders! They are hard workers and although there doesn't seem to be that much staff they are still available 24/7 (even during Lunar new years) which is great. They also helped me with finding a nice tour to ha long bay. This may not be a 5-star hotel, but the price-to-quality ratio is great. Originally booked for 1 night to try it out, but I stayed for 6. Also got bumped for 1 night to a big room with a spacious balcony.

City center location, close to all important landmarks. Can easily get an authentic feeling of the city. The staff was very friendly, we could store our luggage for free and helped us to wait at the hotel even though we had some issues with the taxi. Thanks for their understanding. Could have stayed more but unfortunately I did not have more days. Can definitely recommend it to anyone.

Scam reviews - Don’t waste your money

This is the worst hotel experience we have ever had! Do not believe any of the positive reviews, they are fake reviews made by staff from customers accounts. We arrived at reception to members of staff making us feel unwelcome and rude. The male member of staff came to us asking for our confirmation details which I gave to him but he was persistent wanting me to get my hotels.com account up for him to see. I showed him the receipt on my account and he asked to take my phone for him at check us in. The female worker came and gave us our room key card and distracted us with a map. A minute later he brought my phone back and we went to our room. The room was extremely loud from the road, there was a hole in the wall above the window. The bed was rock hard with a sheet/duvet that was not big enough to cover the bed. I checked my emails and saw I had 2 emails from hotels.com with a login code which had been requested at the same time we checked in. I saw on my account that there was another device logged in, again at the same time we checked in at the hotel. I immediately logged them out remotely from my account. We checked out immediately, and the only positive was point is we got a refund after explaining to staff we had caught them out and will be complaining to hotels.com This is a small hotel and they are getting multiple reviews every day which are apparently 10/10. This is a scam hotel and have been reported to hotels.com for investigation.

The location is very strategic, close by to Hoan Kiem Lake and nice restaurants. Walkable from everywhere. The room is spotless and comfortable. But the service is outstanding, Jimmy booked us a tour to Bai Tu Long Bay with V'spirit Cruise with a very good price and when we come back they upgraded our room. A 5 star service quality.

A pleasant, not very big hotel, in close proximity to all the action. Extremely friendly staff who are happy to help with useful advice and guidance. The rooms are not very big, but they are clean, usefully furnished and smell nice (which is not the case for many hotels in the city center) and the bathroom is nice. The breakfast is excellent (they also make you omelettes or prepare soup according to the village of your choice), natural juices and real milk are always available (in many places you only get condensed milk). I highly recommend it and if my trip ever takes me to Hanoi, I will definitely be their guest again! Also, but not only, because of their kindness.

In Hanoi for 3 nights hotel was ok had to swop room was afraid my partner fell down steps in room, the next room was ok but didn’t like that the bathroom was all glass and toilet visible from sleeping area but we are in our 70s and a bit old fashioned. Brrrakfast was god and overall for what we paid it was a reasonable hotel, staff very helpfull

If you want 5 star hotel then you must pay 5 star prices. This is not a 5 star hotel but is good value for money. Hotel is not modern but clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay at reasonable rates
