We had a Nikko club room which was worth having. You get an amazing breakfast buffet with anything you can imagine, plus amazing tea time and happy hour that includes food We used 5 excellent hotels in Vietnam and this one was the best.

Best hotel in HCMC

I always choose Nikko Saigon when I visit HCMC. I tried several 5 star hotels in HCMC. But I can tell Nikko is the best choice. Room is clean, cafe on the lobby floor is good for business meeting and breakfast buffet is perfect.

I had a wonderful time at the Nikko Hotel Saigon! The staff are very friendly and very accommodating! I really loved the style of my hotel room and I felt it was very clean and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the beautiful views from the room windows. The bathroom was wonderful and the amenities were fantastic!

Excellent 5-star hotel with great service and physical properties. Rooms appear to have been recently refurbished using the old hardware—light switches and outlets are located in strange places. But the swimming poo, gym and sauna are all in great condition. Hotel location is THE problem as the neighborhood has no decent restaurants or stores to shop.
